    摘要: The invention relates to a dry-running piston compressor, in particular for rail vehicles. Said compressor comprises a crankcase (3) for a crankshaft (15) that is rotatably mounted in said crankcase, the latter being provided with at least one pot-type cylinder (4a–4c) comprising a corresponding internal piston (12a, 12e). According to the invention, the crankshaft (15) is connected to one end of a connecting rod (14a, 14c) by means of a connecting rod hearing (16), which forms the first hearing point, in order to convert the rotational displacement into a linear displacement for the piston (12a, 12c) that is mounted at the other end of the connecting rod (14a, 14c) by means of a piston pin bearing (17), which forms the second bearing point. At least one lubricating nipple (18a, 18c) is mounted on the exterior of each connecting rod (14a, 14c) for relubricating the bearing point(s). A corresponding internal lubrication channel (22) runs from said nipple and discharges onto the connecting rod (16) and/or onto the piston pin bearing (17).

    摘要: An electric discharge machine controls temperature fluctuations of machining fluid discharged by a discharge pump so as to improve machining accuracy, and a machining fluid cooling device keeps the temperature of the discharged machining fluid constant regardless of the operating state of the discharge pump. The electric discharge machine pumps machining fluid in a temperature controlled clean fluid tank with a discharge pump and discharges the machining fluid to a machining area through piping, and has a machining fluid cooling device for cooling machining fluid discharged from the discharge pump. The machining fluid cooling device passes a portion of the piping through the clean fluid tank and exchanges heat between the machining fluid inside the piping and the clean fluid in the clean fluid tank, thus dispersing the heat added from the discharge pump to the clean fluid side and lowering the temperature of the machining fluid inside the piping.

    摘要: A centrifugal pump has impellers for pumping low flow, high viscous materials. The impellers have high exit angles greater than 30 degrees and preferably greater than 50 degrees. The impellers and diffusers have specific geometry that varies with viscosity. The pump has zones of impellers and diffusers with the exit angles and geometry in the zones differing from the other zones. The exit angles decrease and geometry varies in a downstream direction to account for a lower viscosity occurring due to heat being generated in the pump. One design employs small diameter impellers and high rotational speeds.

    摘要: A multi-stage compressor having at least two compressor stages comprises an inter-cooler provided between the stages for cooling a gas being discharged from a compressor in the preceding stage. The compressor stages are driven by a common electric motor, of which a rotating shaft is supported by magnetic bearings. A part of the gas cooled by the inter-cooler and a part of the work gas discharged from a bleed valve provided down-stream of a rear stage of the compressor are selectively introduced into the electric motor or the magnetic bearings. Thus, at the time of load operation the gas discharged from the inter-cooler is introduced into the motor or the magnetic bearings to cool them, and at the time of non-load operation the gas discharged from the bleed valve is introduced into the motor or the magnetic bearings to cool them. It is possible to ensure a flow rate of gas required for cooling the motor during non-load operation with economy during load operation.
