Abstract: A non-redundant gene set clustering method and system, as well as an electronic device are disclosed. The method includes: operation a: performing an alignment operation on an original gene set to obtain gene pairs in the original gene set that meet a similarity threshold; operation b: constructing a union-find forest based on the obtained gene pairs; operation c: obtaining gene clustering results of all classes in the original gene set based on the union-find forest; and operation d: based on the gene clustering results, selecting the longest sequence in each class as a representative sequence of the class to obtain a non-redundant reference gene set. According to this application, the non-redundant gene set clustering is performed by using BLAT alignment and based on the disjoint-set data structure, and so can take into account the similarity between more genes and improve the accuracy of de-redundancy.

Abstract: The application provides a task scheduling simulation system, comprising a data preprocessing subsystem and a task scheduling subsystem. The data preprocessing subsystem filters the input cloud computing log information for abnormal data and extracts the running time of each task. The task scheduling subsystem enqueues or dequeues tasks from the batch task and real-time task running queues of each node, and keeps the tasks currently running in the cluster consistent with the actual production environment, and updates the number of CPU cores and the used and available memory capacity of each node according to resource requirement of each task. The mixed scheduling simulation of batch tasks and online tasks can be realized, and the resource simulation of the heterogeneous CPU core number and memory capacity of the cluster nodes can be simulated.

Abstract: Disclosed are a texture synthesis method and a device using the same. The texture synthesis method adopts a source labeled diagram and a target labeled diagram in combination to guide the texture synthesis process, so that the texture synthesis is in a controlled state, thus effectively improving the accuracy and efficiency of the computer in processing complex texture information such as textures composed of multiple materials or textures involving non-uniform gradients. Meanwhile, determination of the accuracy of the texture features of the labeled diagram is introduced to the process of producing the labeled diagram, and the labeled diagram with low accuracy is re-abstracted and -segmented so that the classification of the texture features would be more accurate. This interactive iterative method improves the accuracy of the labeled diagram generation process. The device using this method also provides the same technical effects.

Abstract: The invention provides a method and a device for seeing through an obstruction based on smart glasses, and a computer-readable storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring a first image of user's view by smart glasses and recognizing an obstruction image in the first image; acquiring a second image of the user's view by at least one image acquisition device; replacing the obstruction image in the first image with portion of the second image that corresponds to the obstruction image, which are spliced to generate an unobstruction image of the user's view. In the invention, the obstruction image in the first image is replaced with a portion of the second image that corresponds to the obstruction image, which can achieve seeing through an obstruction.

Abstract: A three-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism with curved sliding pairs includes a fixed platform, a moving platform, and three curved branches disposed between the fixed platform and the moving platform. Each of the curved branches includes a first curved link and a second curved link that share a common arc center. One end of the first curved link is connected to fixed platform by a rotational pair. One end of the second curved link is disposed in a cavity at another end of the first curved link. The second curved link is operative to perform a reciprocating motion along a tangent of an arc of the first curved link. Another end of the second curved link is connected to the moving platform by a ball joint. The axes of the three rotational pairs of the three curved branches coincide with each other and are perpendicular to the fixed platform. In the three-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism with curved sliding pairs, the moving platform of the parallel mechanism is rotatable around the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis of a three-dimensional coordinate system taking the arc center of the three curved branches as the origin, where the rotation of the moving platform about the Z axis is decoupled from the rotation in the other two orientations.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a GPU-based parallel electrocardiogram signal analysis method, comprising: performing a filtering process of electrocardiogram signals through a long interval artifact removal and a short interval artifact removal; performing a QRS detection of the filtering-processed electrocardiogram signals through an R-wave position extraction, a QRS complex start and end positions extraction and a QRS complex width extraction; performing an abnormal waveform classification of the QRS-detected electrocardiogram signals through template creation; wherein at least one of the long interval artifact removal, the short interval artifact removal, the R-wave position extraction, the QRS complex width extraction and the creation template is performed by a multiple threads at a GPU device side in parallel, any thread being read through its unique index number to process corresponding data. By executing one or more steps of the electrocardiogram signal analysis at GPU in parallel, the present disclosure increases the analysis speed of the electrocardiogram signals.
