    摘要: One or more methods and systems of generating pseudo-random numbers that are used as encryption keys in cryptographic applications are presented. In one embodiment, a method of generating pseudo-random numbers is performed by sampling output sequences of a linear feedback shift register with a specified periodicity. In one embodiment, the generating of pseudo-random numbers using linear feedback shift registers is accomplished by periodically switching between iterative outputs generated by multiple linear feedback shift registers. In one embodiment, a method of encrypting a pseudo-random number generated by a linear feedback shift register comprises using a nonlinear operator. In one embodiment, a method of further encrypting a pseudo-random number is accomplished by using a hashing function whose initial value varies over time by way of a function operating on one or more variables. In one embodiment, an apparatus for generating pseudo-random numbers using linear feedback shift registers comprises a digital hardware.

    摘要: Members of a social network (SNET) circle can share content with other members of SNET circle, members of the same SNET that are not members of the same circle, or send content to people or devices outside of SNET. Different levels of content security can be applied to the shared content, depending on who requests the content, the destination of the content, user preferences, content type, SNET, SNET circle, or other security parameters. Content can be tagged to limit the number of times it can be accessed, the length of time access is allowed, and to otherwise control redistribution. Content can also be protected by limiting host network access to the content, implementing SNET circle firewalls and virtual private networks, or transcoding content before allowing transmission to non-SNET circle or SNET members. Docking of devices into an SNET security circle can be restricted to properly secured devices.

    摘要: Transmitting streamed video to at least one wireless terminal by a wireless network having a channel frequency reuse pattern. The wireless network receives a request for the streamed video from the at least one wireless terminal and receives position information from the at least one wireless terminal requesting the streamed video. The wireless network selects a transceiving device to service transmission of the streamed video to the at least one wireless terminal. The transceiving device is allocated a first channel frequency set of the channel frequency reuse pattern. The wireless network or a component thereof selects a channel from a second channel frequency set that is different from the first channel frequency set. The transceiving device then, using a directional antenna, transmits the streamed video to the at least one wireless terminal in a direction based upon the position information using the selected channel.
