    摘要: The present invention is related to a process for producing a polyurethane-based polymeric electrolyte including steps of: a) providing a polyurethane material as a matrix material; b) dispersing the matrix material in a first solvent to form a dispersion solution; c) drying the dispersion solution to form a thin film of polyurethane as a matrix of the polymeric electrolyte; and d) adding a component of an organic electrolyte into the matrix to form the polyurethane-based polymeric electrolyte. The present invention is also related to a polyurethane-based polymeric electrolyte including a thin film of a polyurethane serving as a matrix of the polymeric electrolyte; and an organic electrolyte arranged in the matrix for ionic conduction. The fabricated thin film electrolyte has satisfactory conductivity and can be suitably used in cells.

    摘要: A heald rod retention device for a jacquard system includes a mounting frame encasing a ferromagnet, a pair of retention plates pivotably mounted on the frame, each retention plate encasing coils and defining a lower hooked end, and two springs mounted on the frame. The springs respectively exert a laterally pushing force of the retention plates so that the lower hooked ends thereof are forced to move toward each other. A pair of heald rods are slideably mounted on the frame and respectively define upper hooked ends which are engaged with the lower hooked ends when the coils are energized and separated therefrom when the coils are not energized. Each heald rod further defines a protrusion for contact with a knife bar. A rope-pulley system is provided for connection with the heald rods and a jacquard needle.

    摘要: An instant hot water apparatus utilizing electro-magnetic induction heating. The apparatus includes a container having an outlet. A solenoid valve is connected to the outlet of the container. The first end of a water conduit with a first end and a second end is connected to the solenoid valve. An electro-magnetic induction heating coil surrounds the water conduit between its ends and is capable of producing an alternating magnetic field. A water outlet valve is connected to the second end of the water conduit. A water temperature detecting device disposed on the water conduit can generate a water temperature signal. A water level detecting device is disposed on the container and can generate a water level signal. A power control device supplies electric power. A supervising and controlling device is connected to the power control device and to the solenoid valve and is capable of transmitting an adjustable oscillation frequency. The water temperature and level signals are sent to the supervising and controlling device. The signal input is connected to the supervising and controlling device for receiving the oscillation frequency. A microswitch is connected to the water outlet. When the water outlet valve is activated, the microswitch transmits a signal to the power control device to supply electric current to the supervising and controlling device.

    摘要: Disclosed is a starting current limiting device for single-phase induction motors, driven by an AC power supply, used in household electrical equipment. The device is adapted to provide, as the power switch of the induction motor is just turned on, a low and gradually increasing starting current flowing into the induction motor. The device is capable of cutting some portions of each cycle in the waveform of the AC power off such that the average voltage input to the single-phase induction motor is reduced, and/or converting some portions of each cycle to oscillate in the reverse directions such that the waveform of the AC power input to the single-phase induction motor appears to have a lower frequency. The device is provided with a switching circuit including a plurality of thyristors, which can be silicon controlled rectifiers or triacs. A means is provided for generating the triggering signals to fire the thyristors, the triggering signals being predetermined and their timing is controlled by a sequence of timing signals. The sequence of timing signals is generated by a timing signal generator capable of generating a single timing signal every time the AC voltage has a zero-crossing. When the current flowing into the induction motor has reached a predetermined percentage of the rating current, the device would switch off the switching circuit and connect the induction motor directly to the AC power supply.
