摘要： Disclosed is a method for receiving multicast traffic by a mobile station in an idle mode in a wireless access system supporting machine-to-machine (M2M) communication. The method comprises: receiving a paging message including control information indicating a multicast traffic reception during a paging listening interval from a base station (BS); and receiving multicast traffic from the BS without idle mode termination based on the received control information, wherein the paging message further includes identification information indicating an M2M group to which the multicast traffic is transmitted.
