摘要: There is provided a device for manufacturing carbon nanotube. The devices has a chamber support part for supporting a chamber which contains a plurality of microstructures, each of which is separated from each other by an interval; a gas providing part, connected to the chamber, for flowing at least one reactant gas, including raw material gas for manufacturing carbon nanotubes, through the chamber; a measurement part for measuring a change in physical properties of at least one of the plurality of microstructures by using detecting part; and a control part for controlling the gas providing part based on the measured change in physical properties.

摘要: A digital television receiver comprises first program rewriting unit for downloading a program sent by broadcasting to rewrite the contents of a first non-volatile memory, an electrically rewritable second non-volatile memory storing identification information indicating whether the program has been normally rewritten by the program rewriting unit or the program has not been normally rewritten by the shutoff of the power during the rewriting, and second program rewriting unit for checking the identification information when a control portion in the receiver is activated, and downloading the program sent by broadcasting again to rewrite the contents of the first non-volatile memory when it is detected that the program has not been normally rewritten.

摘要: In a braille recognition system according to the present invention, light is obliquely irradiated onto the surface of a document in braille, and its reflected light is received by imaging means, to obtain a gray image. An image corresponding to a pattern of projected points on the document in braille is obtained on the basis of the obtained gray image. An image is then cut in braille units from the image corresponding to the pattern of projected points. A braille code is generated for each cut image in the braille unit.
