    摘要: A regulator for regulating a flow rate is provided with an upper connector having a downwardly opened channel in communication with the regulator. An on-off valve connected to the regulator is provided with a lower connector having an upwardly opened channel in communication with the on-off valve. The upper connector is lapped over the lower connector and removably joined thereto with a screw so as to cause the downwardly opened channel to communicate with the upwardly opened channel. Accordingly, the regulator can be removed singly, for example, when malfunctioning.

The valve seat of the fluid controller is formed from corrosion-resistant alloy with 0.05% or less cleanliness and containing in weight ratio 12.90-15.00% Ni, 16.50-18.00% Cr, 2.00-3.00% Mo, 0.02% or less C, 0.30% or less Si, 0.40% or less Mn, 0.03% or less P, 0.003% or less S, 0.25% or less Cu, and 0.01% or less Al. Fluid leakage is almost completely prevented (100%) by such a valve seat.

    摘要: A tightening tool comprises a head having a socket for a nut to fit in, a head support supporting the head rotatably about the axis of the socket, and a handle integral with the head support. A magnet is attached to each of the head and the head support. The head and the head support are joined together by a force of attraction permitting these portions to rotate relative to each other upon the torque of tightening up the nut reaching a proper value. When the head support is rotated by turning the handle by hand, the head moves with the head support to tighten the nut. After the nut tightening torque has reached the proper value, the head support merely rotates idly with the head and the nut remaining unrotated even if the handle is turned.

    摘要: A C-type welding gun capable of accurately operating irrespective of the posture of the C-type welding gun without forcibly pressing electrodes to a workpiece and without considering thickness of the workpiece, wear of electrodes, etc. The C-type welding gun includes two servomotors attached to a housing, a C-shaped arm fixed to the housing and a movable arm provided in the housing. A mechanism for converting the rotation of the output shaft of one servomotor into the reciprocal motion of the movable arm is housed in the housing. A mechanism for converting the rotation of the output shaft of the other servomotor into the reciprocal motion of the C-shaped arm is provided between the wrist of the robot and the housing. Both the servomotors are simultaneously actuated while the other servomotor is stopped in response to the signal representing the contact of the electrode of the C-shaped arm to the workpiece.

    摘要: In a power converting apparatus having a plurality of phases on an AC side and configured to perform conversion between DC power and AC power, a current detector detects currents flowing through a DC source line through which a plurality of phase currents commonly flow. A control unit sets a current detection period and a succeeding current control period in each successive control cycle. Using first gate signals based on reference gate signals for PWM control, the control unit calculates values of the individual phase currents from the first gate signals and the detected currents during the current detection period. Then, during the current control period, the control unit performs PWM control using phase voltage commands generated by correcting phase voltage target values so as to cancel out voltage errors that occur during the current detection period.

The failure detection circuit determines failure of the DC current detection circuit from the DC current detected values in a zero voltage period in which the high-potential-side arms of the bridge circuit are all ON and in a zero voltage period in which the low-potential-side arms are all ON.
