    摘要: A heat exchanger (1) on the secondary heat source, which exchanges heat with a heat exchanger (12) on the primary heat source in a primary cooling circuit (A), is connected with an indoor heat exchanger (3) through a gas pipe (6) and a liquid pipe (7), which are provided with solenoid valves (SV1, SV2), respectively. Only the solenoid valve (SV2) of the liquid pipe (7) is opened at the time of heat radiation of the heat exchanger (12) on the primary side and the liquid cooling medium is supplied from the heat exchanger (1) on the secondary side to the indoor heat exchanger (3) by the high vapor pressure of the cooling medium evaporated from the heat exchanger (1). Only the solenoid valve (SV1) of the gas pipe (6) is opened at the time of heat absorption of the heat exchanger (12) and the gas cooling medium is recovered from the indoor heat exchanger (3) to the heat exchanger (1) by the low vapor pressure of the cooling medium condensed by the heat exchanger (1).

C. within a range of 9.times.10.sup.3 .times.1.times.10.sup.5 dyne/cm.sup.2, and which can form a non-fusible crosslinked resin having a shearing stress at 180.degree. C. of at least 1.times.10.sup.6 dyne/cm.sup.2 after the crosslinkage.

    摘要: The invention provides a communication network system which permits parallel access of a plurality of nodes to a transmission line and which has a high throughput and low delay, with fairness among the nodes maintained. In the communication network system, a plurality of tokens correspondingly associated with the nodes, respectively, are allowed to circulate on the transmission line. Each node is allowed to transmit data only when the frame insertion buffer is empty. The node, when having data to be transmitted, awaits the arrival of a token. If a token that has arrived corresponds to the self node, or if a node corresponding to the arrived token is downstream of the destination node as viewed from the own self node, the node forms a packet from its holding data and transmits it onto the transmission line.

    摘要: A processing vessel suitable for use with a washing system intended to wash a plurality of wafers. The processing vessel includes a washing solution supply source, a circulation pump, a filter, a main vessel portion provided with inlets in the bottom thereof, a boat for holding the plurality of wafers in the center area of the main vessel portion and a flow control assembly arranged between the inlets and the wafers. The flow control assembly includes a scattering plate for scattering washing solution, which is introduced into the main vessel portion through the inlets, in the horizontal direction, and guiding passages through which the washing solution introduced through the inlets is made to have a substantially laminar flow and is guided into the center area of the main vessel portion. The guiding passages are formed by intervals between side plates and the scattering plate and by a plurality of apertures in the scattering plate. These guiding passages enable most of the washing solution to positively flow through spaces between the adjacent wafers. The flow control assembly also include a flow rate reducing section for reducing the amount of the washing solution which flows along the peripheral area of the wafers.

C.; hot-rolling the slab to form a hot-rolled strip; cold-rolling the strip to a thickness of a final product sheet; decarburization-annealing the cold-rolled strip; nitriding the strip while it is travelling; applying an annealing separator to the strip; and final texture-annealing the strip by heating the strip to a first temperature of from 800.degree. to 850.degree. C. in an atmosphere of (N.sub.2 +Ar).gtoreq.30 vol % with 25 vol % or more N.sub.2 and the remainder H.sub.2 and subsequently heating from the first temperature to above 1200.degree. C. in a conventional atmosphere.

    摘要: A process for producing a grain-oriented steel sheet having superior magnetic and surface film characteristics, which comprises the steps of: heating to a temperature of 1200.degree. C. or lower an electrical steel slab comprising 0.025 to 0.075 wt % C, 2.5 to 4.5 wt % Si, 0.012 wt % or less S, 0.010 to 0.060 wt % acid-soluble Al, 0.010 wt % or less N, 0.080 to 0.045 wt % Mn, and the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities; hot-rolling the heated slab to form a hot-rolled steel sheet; cold-rolling the hot-rolled sheet to a final product sheet thickness by single cold rolling step or by two or more steps of cold rolling with an intermediate annealing therebetween; decarburization-annealing the cold-rolled sheet under a condition such that decarburization alone is effected until primary-recrystallized grains grow to an average grain size of at least 15 .mu.m, and thereafter, concurrently effecting a decarburization and nitriding; applying an annealing separator to the decarburization-annealed sheet; and final-annealing the annealing separator-applied sheet.
