摘要： In an electric shedding control apparatus, shedding patterns are stored in memories in such a manner that the shedding patterns are compressed and the time required to read the shedding patterns is shortened. An electric shedding apparatus is provided for driving each of a plurality of heddle frames independently and in synchronization with a rotation of a main shaft of a loom. Constituents of the shedding operations are set in advance, and the constituents are selected for each shedding step. Also, in order to drive the heddle frame, shedding amount instruction for the heddle frame is output in accordance with the rotation of the loom main shaft based on a shedding curve which includes the selected constituents.

摘要： When an overcurrent detection section detects an overcurrent, a control circuit performs ON-OFF control for switching devices each switchable between a forward direction and a reverse direction, in a mode in which a current having flowed is reduced, such that when the mode is a mode in which a current is passed through any of diodes, a switching device connected in parallel with the current-passed diode is turned ON. Thus, even when an overcurrent occurs, the current flowing in the diode connected in parallel with the switching device is reduced, and the diode is protected from being deteriorated or broken by the overcurrent.

摘要： In a system supplying power from an AC power supply to a three-phase motor via a converter and an inverter, a leakage current reducing apparatus is connected to a connection line between the AC power supply and the converter. A common mode transformer detects, as common mode voltage, common mode current flowing from the AC power supply to the connection line. The common mode voltage is inputted to a voltage amplifier via a filter apparatus. Output voltage obtained by voltage amplification passes through a capacitor and then is applied as an AC component to a neutral point of capacitors connected in a Y-connection fashion, so as to have the same phase as that of the common mode voltage. Thus, current having the same phase as that of the common mode current is supplied via the capacitors to the converter through the connection line, thereby reducing the common mode current.

摘要： An electric motor driving apparatus having a failure detection circuit includes: a bridge circuit driving an electric motor; a PWM control circuit generating voltage instruction for driving the electric motor; a PWM signal generation circuit generating a PWM signal; a DC current detection circuit detecting DC current of the bridge circuit; a phase current calculation circuit calculating output phase current of the bridge circuit, based on the DC current and PWM signal; and a failure detection circuit detecting failure of the DC current detection circuit. The failure detection circuit determines failure of the DC current detection circuit from the DC current detected values in a zero voltage period in which the high-potential-side arms of the bridge circuit are all ON and in a zero voltage period in which the low-potential-side arms are all ON.

摘要： An AC-DC converter is provided which suppresses a harmonic current and improves power factor at low cost. Such an AC-DC converter includes a rectifier connected to an AC power supply via a reactor, capacitors connected in series across the output terminals of the rectifier, a first bidirectional switch having one end connected to one input terminal of the rectifier and the other end connected to a connecting point of capacitors, a second bidirectional switch having one end connected to the other input terminal of the rectifier and the other end connected to the other end of the first bidirectional switch, and a control circuit for actuating the first and second bidirectional switches during a half cycle of the AC power supply so as to control a voltage inputted to the rectifier to a desired output voltage.

摘要： To protect a plastic intake manifold of an internal combstion engine from heat possessed by exhaust gas recirculation gas, a cooling device is arranged between the plastic intake manifold and an exhaust gas recirculation valve. The cooling device cools the exhaust gas recirculation gas by means of a coolant. A gas discharge part of the cooling device constitutes a pipe portion which penetrates through an exhaust gas inlet hole of the intake manifold keeping a given space between an outer wall of the pipe portion and an inner wall of the exhaust gas inlet hole. The pipe portion may be a leading end portion of an exhaust gas recirculation pipe extending from an exhaust system of the engine.
