    Abstract: A method of controlling a dryer stand, which includes a receptacle on which a dryer for discharging drying air is mounted and which is rotatable in a horizontal direction, and an air purification unit, are provided. The method includes detecting the dryer mounted on the receptacle, charging a battery provided in the dryer when the dryer mounted on the receptacle is detected, determining whether a predetermined condition for air purification operation is satisfied, and operating the air purification unit when it is determined that the predetermined condition for air purification operation is satisfied, whereby it is possible to purify indoor air. A method of controlling the dryer while it is not on the stand is also provided.

    Abstract: A liquid dispenser may include a water tank having a wall opened at an upper side, a pump provided inside the water tank, a water supply pipe connected to the pump to transfer water, a water supply plate provided at a position higher than the wall of the water tank and having a water supply hole communicating with the water supply pipe and an upper surface over which water supplied from the water supply hole flows, and a water guide formed within the opening of the wall of the water tank and spaced apart from and below the water supply plate. The water guide may have a hole to discharge the water dropped from the water supply plate to the water tank and to filter the water.

    Abstract: A dryer includes a hollow casing accommodating a fan and a heater and having an open front and an open rear, and a display device disposed at the rear of the casing and covering at least a part of the open rear. The display device and a rear edge of the casing are spaced apart from each other to thereby form an air introduction area that is opened between the display device and a rear edge of the casing. The display device can display a graphic object on at least one of a plurality of display areas. A controller can select a drying object and change the graphic object to a suggested drying temperature based on pre-stored information of the drying object. The controller can also rotate the graphic object on the screen of the display panel based on a rotation posture of the dryer.

    Abstract: A pet water dispenser may include a water tank to store water and an inner assembly detachably coupled to the water tank and provided inside the water tank. The inner assembly may include a pump. A bottom plate of the water tank may be formed with a protrusion projecting upward, while the inner assembly may include a support cylinder having a cavity or recess that is inserted onto the protrusion. The support cylinder may include an upper surface and a sidewall to define the cavity or recess. The inner assembly may further include a filter coupled to the support cylinder.

The first controller detects a charging ratio of the first battery, enters a first power saving mode if the charging ratio is a threshold charging ratio or less, and limits power supplied to at least one of the plurality of first electronic parts. A holder for holding the dryer includes a plurality of second electronic parts including a plurality of contact terminals, a second battery to supply power to the second electronic parts, and a second controller to detect a charging ratio of the second battery and enter a second power saving mode to limit power supplied to at least one of the plurality of second electronic parts.

    Abstract: A dryer includes a hollow casing, a fan disposed inside the casing so as to cause air to be introduced into the casing and to be discharged therefrom, a heater disposed inside the casing to heat the air introduced into the casing by the fan, and a discharge tube including an inlet into which the air is introduced, and an outlet from which the air is discharged. The fan includes a first fan and a second fan, which rotate in opposite directions about an imaginary axis shared by the first and second fans. A discharge amount or a discharge rate can be controlled in a stepwise manner. The discharge tube is disposed inside the casing so as to be rotated in at least one direction, thereby diffusely discharging drying air to a region desired to be dried.
