    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of performing an Uplink (UL) transmission by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the method comprises counting counter values for each of a plurality of sensing beams independently based on performing a first sensing on each of the plurality of sensing beams, performing a first UL transmission corresponding to a first sensing beam, among the plurality of sensing beams, which is determined to be IDLE based on the first sensing, initializing the counter values after an end of the first UL transmission, and performing a second UL transmission corresponding to a second sensing beam, among at least one sensing beams of the plurality of sensing beams, which is determined to be IDLE based on a second sensing on the at least one sensing beam.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) in a first fixed frame period (FFP) for frame based equipment (FBE) from a base station (BS), and perform a channel access procedure for a scheduled uplink (UL) transmission based on the DCI. In a first state in which it is indicated that the scheduled UL transmission is related to channel occupancy initiated by the BS, and the UE should perform channel sensing for the scheduled UL transmission, the UE may perform the channel access procedure for the scheduled UL transmission based on whether a resource for the scheduled UL transmission allocated by the DCI is confined within the first FFP in which the DCI is received.
