摘要:
The inventions disclosed herein relate to restraint devices for gas tanks. In a first embodiment, the tank retainer includes a bracket for engaging with the collar of a gas tank and a tray for engaging with the base of the gas tank. The bracket is preferably stationary wherein the tank, while supported by the tray, is rotated into engagement with a slot formed into the bracket. The tray preferably includes a channel for receiving and restraining the base of a gas tank. The brackets and trays can be used in combination or independently of one another. The bracket and tray are preferably distinct components of a gas grill; however, it is contemplated that the features of the bracket and tray can be incorporated into other components of a barbecue grill such as the frame members and lower shelf of the grill cart.

The present invention provides a burner tube. The burner tube has a proximal segment, a distal segment, a terminal end, and a plurality of fuel outlet ports. The proximal segment has a union region and is adapted to be connected to a fuel source. The terminal end of the burner tube is connected to the union region such that the terminal end is in fluid communication with the union region. The connection between the terminal end and union region forms a continuous burner tube, or a burner loop for the flow of fuel. An initial flow of fuel diverges in the union region into a first portion and a second portion. The first portion flows through the union region and downstream through the distal segment. The second portion of fuel from the fuel source flows through the union region and downstream through the terminal end.

The present invention relates to a barbecue grill assembly 10 including a cooking surface assembly 12 positioned in a cooking chamber 14. The cooking surface assembly 12 includes a first portion or griddle 16 and a second portion or grate 18. The second portion or grate 18 has a plurality of openings 32 and a plurality of ribs 33. A transition wall 40 is positioned between the first portion 16 and the second portion 18. A duct 46 depends from a lower surface 48 of the first portion 16. The duct 46 has an end 47 that is cooperatively positioned with the aperture 30 to form a passageway or channel 50. The passageway 50 is adapted to permit the drainage of grease and other byproducts generated by cooking food on the assembly 12 past a plurality of burner tubes and to a lower portion of the cooking chamber 14.

A multi-zone restaurant type of griddle is modularly constructed so that all maintenance may be done at the front of the griddle housing. The griddle plate is only three-eights of an inch thick with heat being spread uniformly by an aluminum plate in intimate contact with the bottom of the griddle plate. A thermocouple temperature sensing element is located at the bottom of a hole in the underside of the griddle plate so that the element is very near the cooking surface and is sensitive to the temperature of the load on the cooking surface, as distinguished from being sensitive to the temperature of the heating element below the griddle plate. With the modular construction, the front access, and light weight, all of the repairable parts of the griddle may be removed and replaced by one man as distinguished from most prior art griddles where two-man service teams were routinely required because they had to lift and invert a very heavy griddle which had a very thick steel griddle plate.

An oven for baking objects, especially pizzas, has an indirect drive for enabling it to accommodate differences in commercial power on a worldwide basis, by simply changing the ratio of gears, sprockets or pulleys. Various access panels and doors on the oven may be opened to facilitate installation, removal, and maintenance of the oven without requiring a significant partial disassembly thereof. An access window is held under gravity in either an open or a closed position in order to eliminate clips, springs, and the like, which may tend to become fatigued and break as a result of the repeated heating and cooling.
