A thermoplastic resin composition comprising component (A): a polyamide resin; component (B): a hydrogenated product of block copolymer comprising vinyl aromatic polymer block (a) and conjugated diene based polymer block (b), and/or ethylene-α-olefin based block copolymer; component (C): a modified hydrogenated product of block copolymer comprising the vinyl aromatic polymer block (a) and the conjugated diene based polymer block (b), which hydrogenated product is modified by addition of an unsaturated acid and/or derivative thereof; component (D): a plate-like and/or needle-like inorganic filler; and component (F): an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and/or a partial saponified product of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.

摘要： Disclosed are a semiconductor device, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for mounting the same. The method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes the steps of: preparing a package film having a planar configuration whose region is divided into a device-mounting film portion having a device hole forming therein, an external-connection film portion, and a bent portion located between the device-mounting film portion and the external-connection film portion, an external electrode pad being formed on the external-connection film portion on a first surface side of the package film, an inner lead being formed in such a manner as to lead from the device hole to the external electrode pad via the bending portion; mounting a semiconductor chip on the device-mounting film portion on the first surface side by bonding the inner lead to an electrode pad of the semiconductor chip in a region where the device hole is formed; and bending the external-connection film portion at the bending portion 180° toward a second surface side of the package film and fixing the same. The method for mounting a semiconductor device on a mother board in close contact therewith includes the steps of: depositing solder balls on electrode pads of the mother board; and placing the semiconductor device on the mother board and melting the solder balls so as to electrically connect the electrode pads of the mother board and the external electrode pads of the semiconductor device.

摘要： A battery box, which is suitable for use in an electric vehicle, comprises a box body and a reinforcement member. The box body accommodates therein a plurality of batteries for powering the electric vehicle and is mounted to the electric vehicle. The reinforcement member is provided with the box body and supports at least respective portions of all the batteries in the box body. The reinforcement member is mounted to the frame of the electric vehicle whereby the weight of each of the batteries is reliably supported by the reinforcement member on the vehicle frame. The weight is reduced and yet the rigidity of the battery box is improved.

摘要： A linear actuator assembly for linearly the reciprocatingly moving magnetic heads in a magnetic disk storage apparatus. This linear actuator has a carriage for supporting magnetic heads, and a voice coil for moving the carriage. The sectional configurations of the carriage and the voice coil are equalized, thereby enabling the transmission of the driving force from the voice coil to the carriage without any eccentricity. This linear actuator also has a vibration absorbing mechanism for absorbing vibrations caused when the linear actuator operates, and a runaway prevention mechanism for limiting the movable range of the carriage.
