    摘要： An L-amino acid is produced by culturing a bacterium having an L-amino acid-producing ability in a medium containing a processed product of a microalga which promotes production and accumulation of the L-amino acid by the bacterium. The process product is produced by disrupting the culture of the microalga, and/or extracting the culture of the microalga, or fractionating the culture of the microalga or the disrupted culture. The processed product contains a mixture of organic substances produced by the microalga, a hydrolysate of the disrupted microalga culture, and/or an extract or fractionation product of the microalga culture. The processed product can also contain a saccarification product of starch or a hydrolysate of fats and oils. The bacterium is cultured to produce and accumulate the L-amino acid in culture, and the L-amino acid is collected from the culture.

    摘要： To provide a timepiece with a calendar mechanism whose movement is of a simple construction and whose date display is large and easy to see. A timepiece with a calendar mechanism according to the present invention is equipped with a first date indicator indicating the one place, a first date jumper, a second date indicator capable of indicating the ten place and singly displaying a one-digit date, and a second date jumper. A first date letter display surface is provided with numbers for indicating the one place of a date. A second date letter display surface is provided with numbers for singly indicating a one-digit date and numbers for solely indicating the ten place. A window portion is formed in the second date indicator. The second date letter display surface is arranged at a position closer to a dial than the first date letter display surface.

Time information or calendar information can be indicated by a small hand rotated by the first type of train wheel or the second type of train wheel.

The guide holders 230, 240 are formed for example of metal pipes having a light receiving member 232 or a light emitting member 242 composing the photocoupler disposed in the inside thereof, respectively. On the other hand, guide pins mounted on the device to be connected and corresponding to the guide holders 230, 240 have a light emitting member or a light receiving member composing the photocoupler disposed in the inside thereof, respectively. A two-way communication circuit is established between the device and galley body via the photocouplers composed of these members.

A movement is provided with a barrel complete, and a speed reducing mechanism cooperatively moved with a barrel gear for reducing a speed of rotation of the barrel gear, that is, a planetary unit. A segment gear is provided to be rotatable based on an output of the planetary unit. A winding mark indicator is rotated based on operation of the segment gear. A mainspring winding state display member displays a state of winding a mainspring based on rotation of the winding mark indicator.
