摘要: A sheet sorter with a stapler includes a plurality of bins arranged in a vertical direction each of which receives a plurality of sheets discharged from an and forms thereon a stack of sheets. An indexer receives the sheets from the image recording apparatus and distributes the sheets to the respective bins through the sheet inlet ends thereof. A stapler is movable up and down along the array of the sheet inlet ends of the bins and in a direction of width of the sheets to staple the stack of sheets on each bin which has been ejected beyond the sheet inlet end of the bin by a predetermined length. A single reciprocal pusher member is actuated after completion of stapling by the stapler and pushes the stapled stack of sheets back to the bin. A centering mechanism moves the reciprocal pusher member to a position substantially opposed to the middle of the trailing edge of the stack of sheets before the reciprocal pusher member is actuated.

摘要: A multiple tool is disclosed wherein during a punching process by a predetermined punch, a workpiece is not damaged by other punches not used therein. A multiple tool is mounted on a rotatable holder (7) supported in a freely rotatably driven manner on a holder body (3) such as an upper turret. The multiple tool includes a punch holder (231), and a plurality of punches (241) supported in a vertically movable manner on the punch holder, and a striker plate (261) provided in the punch holder (231) in a rotatable and vertically movable manner relative to the punch holder (231). The striker plate is formed (a) on a lower surface thereof with a peripheral groove (271) for engaging the heads of the punches, and (b) above a predetermined location along the peripheral groove with a striker section (273) for selectively striking one of the punches on the punch holder, and (c) above a plurality of predetermined locations along the peripheral groove with through-holes (271H) for allowing the heads of the punches other than the punch struck by the striker section to move upward relative to the striker plate during a punching process by the punch struck by the striker section. The multiple tool further includes a punch head holder (255) provided above a striker plate (261) so as to be vertically movable relative to the striker plate and to be prevented from rotating relative thereto. A backup pin (275) is provided in the punch head holder at a position above each through-hold (271H), so that the head of each punch is pressed downward by a lower end of the backup pin (275). A pressure spring (279) is provided between the punch head holder and a backup pin for urging the backup pin downward. A holder spring (249) is provided between the punch guide (253) and the punch (241), for urging the punch upward. The spring constant of the holder spring (249) is greater than the spring constant of the pressure spring (279).

摘要: In an upper tool, a stripper plate (35) is disposed movably up and down at a lower end portion (13a) of a punch guide (13) for housing a punch (27) also movably up and down, via a shock damping member (33). Further, the shock damping member (33) is formed into an annular body disposed so as to enclose an annular gap (X) formed between the lower end portion (13a) of the punch guide (13) and the upper surface (65) of the stripper plate (35). The upper tool can reduce noise sound generated during punching processing, and further prevent chips produced during punching processing from adhering onto the workpiece and the shock damping member, thus protecting the workpiece from being scratched by the chips and further improving the life time of the shock damping member.

摘要: In accordance with this invention, a starting powder mixture composed of raw tapioca starch mixed with durum semolina and/or wheat flour is kneaded together with water added thereto, and the resulting kneaded dough material is passed through an extruder, whereby the dough material is extruded to provide extruded raw noodle strings each having at least one groove extending longitudinally in the noodle string. Or alternatively, said kneaded dough material is extruded through an extruder to form a web of the dough for use in the formation of noodle, and the resulting noodle-forming, extruded dough web is engraved to form therein a plurality of parallel grooves extending in the direction of the extrusion molding. The resulting noodle-forming dough web having a plurality of the grooves is cut by means of cutting blade(s) at the zones of the web interposed between the respective grooves of the web to provide raw noodle strings each having at least one groove extending longitudinally in the noodle string. Then, the resulting extruded raw noodle strings having the grooves are steamed in a steamer and subsequently treated so as to absorb water therein in order to increase the water content of the noodle strings to a water content of 38 to 50% by weight, followed by frying the these noodle strings in oil. Thereby, such extruded noodle capable of being instantly cooked can be produced, which is useful as a food product.

摘要: A monolithic capacitor having a dielectric ceramic body cosintered with at least two base metal electrodes. The ceramic body is composed of a major ingredient expressed by the formula,(1-.alpha.){(Ba.sub.k-x M.sub.x)O.sub.k (Ti.sub.1-y R.sub.y)O.sub.2-(y/2) }+.alpha.CaZrO.sub.3where M is either or both of magnesium and zinc, R is a rare earth element or elements, and .alpha., k, x and y are numerals in specified ranges. To this major ingredient is added a minor proportion of an additive. The additive is a mixture of boric oxide or lithium oxide, silicon dioxide and at least one metal oxide selected from among barium oxide, strontium oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide and zinc oxide. For the fabrication of capacitors the mixture of the above major ingredient and additives in finely divided form are formed into moldings of desired shape and size, each with at least two electrodes buried therein. The moldings and electrodes are cosintered in a reductive or neutral atmosphere at temperatures of less than 1200 degrees C. and then are heated at a lower temperature in an oxidative atmosphere.
