The novel connector system provides a tool head connected to a receiver comprised of a polygonal locking bar concentric with a round outer reinforcing collar for engaging a connector and separated by plastic isolations seals. The novel connector promotes connection integrity and prevents joint movement. An alternate embodiment provides a connector system and method of stamping and shaping a tool head integrally formed with a receiver.

摘要： The present invention describes a prospecting tool in the form of a shovel. The prospecting shovel is designed to reduce the likelihood of sediment exiting the tool inadvertently during use. The device comprises a hand tool with an elongated handle and a bucket shaped working end adapted for scooping sediment from a creek. The bucket includes an open design having a leading end adapted for insertion into a creek floor and an internal ledge therein, whereby the ledge is configured to reduce the exiting of sediment from within the shovel. The design enables a user to scoop sediment from the bottom of a creek by performing a raking motion, whereby the leading end digs into the sediment and the ledge facilitates the retaining of minerals within the device.

摘要： A manually manipulated shovel-like device for cleaning corrugated floors along the bottom of refrigerated containers and trailers having a blade, an elongate handle extending from the proximal end of the blade, and a plurality of elongate cleaning teeth extending perpendicularly from the opposed distal end of the blade. Each of the cleaning teeth are individually slidably adjustable in both the lateral and the perpendicular directions with respect to the distal edge of the blade to enable the device to clean corrugated floors having unequally spaced apart corrugations of varying depths and widths, joints between sections of corrugated panels, and uncorrugated sections near walls of the container. The teeth are also individually removable, reversible and replaceable from their respective positions on the blade so that teeth of various geometrical configurations and functional features may be used, including teeth tapered to a narrower distal tip, teeth of generally uniform width, and teeth having chisel-pointed edges. The blade may optionally be curved to have a concave front side, and further have frontwardly extending sidewalls.

摘要： A quick change reversible shovel is disclosed. The shovel comprises a handle of a cylindrical cross-section and of an extended length having a lower attachment end and having an upper gripping end. The handle has a central axis which is linear over the majority of its length and a small bent portion at the first or attachment end. A grip is formed over the handle at the grip end for being held by a user. A blade in a generally rectangular configuration but with a symmetric curve is provided. The blade is thicker along a horizontal center line and comes to a point at the opposite upper and lower ends. The blade has curved side edges parallel with each other coupling the upper and lower edges at the blades. A pair of apertures is formed in the central extent of the blade along the horizontal center line. Attachment mechanism include a ring-like member positionable around the lower end of the handle with an opening. The opening is in contact with the rear face of the blade between the apertures. The ring then has a pair of outwardly extending flanges in a common plane parallel with the rear face of the shovel each with an aperture overlying the aperture of the blade.

摘要： An implement such as a broom or rake has a supplementary handle attachment mounted upon an upper side of the conventional shank of the implement. The handle attachment includes a first hand grip section in the form of a bar parallel to the shank and spaced upwardly from the shank. A pair of further hand grip portions are attached to the bar at respective ends of the bar and extend therefrom upwardly and forwardly toward the implement head. The further hand grip portions consist simply of a simple cylindrical body shaped solely to receive the hand of the user gripped therearound without any further handle sections at the upper end. The handle attachment allows a user to select the preferred hand grip locations to allow operation of the device without bending.
