    摘要: The invention relates to a riveting element (R) for riveting parts which are made from composite materials (M1 and M2) and provided with a through-hole. The invention is characterized in that it consists of: a hollow bushing (200) including, at one end, a head (210) bearing on the surface of one of the parts to be assembled and a hollow rod (220); and a semi-tubular insert (100) including a first end (110) capable of being inserted into the hollow part of the bushing (200) and an open end (130) capable of deforming in order to form an enlarged base that bears on the surface of the other part that is to be assembled once the insert (100) is translatably locked inside the bushing (200). The invention also relates to the installation tool configured for one such element.

    摘要: A fastening system includes a first connecting member, a second connecting member, a rivet, and an elastic member. The second connecting member is positioned on the first connecting member, and defines a receiving groove. The rivet extends through the first connecting member and the second connecting member, and rivets the first connecting member and the second connecting member together. The rivet forms a riveting flange at an end adjacent to the second connecting member. The elastic member is received in the receiving groove of the second connecting member, and compressed by the riveting flange to generate a predetermined positive pressing force between the first connecting member and the second connecting member. A fastening device for manufacturing the fastening system is also provided.

A method of attaching the upper and lower dies to the jaws of the base tool is also described, wherein the jaws of the base tool are mechanically ground to a predetermined thickness and surface porosity, and the upper and lower dies are silver soldered to the respective jaws.
