摘要： A tool includes a tool bit, a handle and a locking device. The tool bit includes a working head formed at an end, an insert formed at an opposite end and at least one annular groove defined in the insert. The handle includes a grip formed at an end, a socket defining a cavity for receiving the insert of the tool bit and a joint via which the socket is connected with an opposite end of the handle. The locking device can lock the insert of the tool bit in a releasable manner. The locking device includes a tunnel defined in the joint so that an axis of the tunnel is parallel to that of the cavity. A latch defines at least one notch. The latch is movable in the tunnel between a locking position and a releasing position. The locking device includes at least one truncated conical hole through which the cavity is communicated with the tunnel. The at least one truncated conical hole includes a first end at the cavity and a second end at the tunnel. In the at least one truncated conical hole, the first end is smaller than the second end. At least one ball is trapped in the at least one truncated conical hole. The at least one ball is pushed partially into the at least one groove by means of the latch in the locking position. The at least one ball is allowed complete removal from the at least one groove in the releasing position.

摘要： Hammer loadable with different sizes of nails, including an adjustment member manually rotatably disposed on the hammerhead. A predetermined number of loading positions are formed on the adjustment member at intervals for loading a nail therein. The loading positions are spaced from the hammering end of the hammerhead by different distances. According to the length of the nail, the adjustment member can be turned to select one of the loading positions for loading the nail therein. The front end of the nail protrudes from the hammering end by a certain length, whereby the tip of the nail can be hammered into the surface of a work piece.

摘要： An attachment is retrofittably attachable (and detachable) to a conventional hammer to render the hammer head magnetic for purposes of starting a metallic fastener such as a nail. The attachment includes a cup-like housing within which is disposed a magnetic unit that includes at least one magnet. One surface of the magnetic unit magnetically attaches the unit to the striking surface of the hammer head. The head of a metallic fastener is magnetically attachable to the other surface of the magnetic unit.

摘要： A replaceable hammer tip which is molded to incorporate as an integral part of its body the upper portion of an hexagonal head bolt of standard manufacture and a molded plastic stud lock. The stud lock has an hexagonal opening within which the head of the bolt is mounted to prevent rotation of the bolt with respect to the stud lock. The shank of the bolt extends through the center of the stud lock and protrudes from the lower edge of the tip for removable attachment to the hammer. The stud lock has a plurality of radially directed fins which engage the body of the tip to prevent rotation of the stud lock and a circular top which prevents vertical movement of the stud lock.
