    摘要: A universal electronic timepiece including a movable indicator for the twenty-four time-belts of the earth. A moving element includes control contacts which are movable into engagement with a plurality or bed of electric contacts in synchronism with the movable indicator of the time-belts. The contacts and the control members are spaced radially from one another and the control members are also spaced circumferentially from one another. The timepiece includes a display device which receives information which is a function of the time and of the condition of the control members and contacts such that it may display at least at request the time of the time-belt selected by the movable indicator of the time-belts.

    摘要: Membrane switch apparatus is disclosed, in its preferred form, as a keyboard including an insulator with an array of individual switching units located thereon. Each individual switching unit includes a plurality of first electrode members and a plurality of second electrode members. A flexible, nonconductive member is disposed in a spaced relation above and adjacent to the level of the top surfaces of the electrode members of the array of individual switching units. The flexible member includes conductive material located thereon in a patterned arrangement to allow sequential bridging first, of the plurality of the first electrode members and, second, of the plurality of second electrode members.

    摘要: An electronic circuit for correction of the time display on an electronic timepiece, this circuit including a selector switch having a rest position for which the timepiece advances normally, and operating positions for minute setting, hour setting and day setting. Delay means are connected between said selector switch and the setting means of one or more display means for minutes, hours or days in order that such setting means only start to operate when the selector switch has been shifted to the operating position for a sufficiently long time, but are inoperative if the selector switch is rapidly shifted through this operating position.

    摘要: An electronic watch with a time display correcting device for use in correcting a time display thereof. Winding means are provided for correcting the time display in advancing and delaying modes. Switches change over the switching modes to the time display advancing and delaying correction modes as desired. Circuitry is provided for producing or reducing a signal representative of a predetermined interval of time when the switching means is operated whereby the time display is advanced or delayed by the predetermined interval of time to effect the time display correction. This provides convenience for time correction with enhanced reliability of the watch.

    摘要: A selectively energizable keyboard system is disclosed including a plurality of selectively actuatable pushbutton members having exposed surfaces adapted to be symbolized in accordance with electronic functions generated by actuation of the pushbutton members, and having opposed surfaces adapted to transmit force in response to actuation. A plurality of conductive elements are supported in registration with the opposed surfaces of the pushbutton members, each having a dished surface of curvature when in an unactuated condition and adapted to be deflected into an over-center position in response to application of force by a pushbutton member. A conductive member having a plurality of contact areas in electrical contact with the conductive elements is arranged adjacent the set of conductive elements. In addition, a plurality of conductive paths are arranged at a surface of a support member facing the conductive member. Each of the conductive paths is adapted to be electrically connected to the conductive member through one of the conductive elements, when the conductive element is deflected into its over-center position.

The articulation portion may include a display with a graphical user interface to display an image to the user. The articulation sensor may be disposed in between the articulation portion and the base portion, and be substantially centered behind the display. The articulation sensor may detect an articulation direction of the articulation portion and provide an input to the processor based on the detected direction. The processor may output a revised image on the graphical user interface corresponding to the provided input.
