    摘要: A portable sound recording device and method comprises a first enclosure having symmetrical halves and a second enclosure having symmetrical halves. The second enclosure is fitted inside the first enclosure such that neither enclosure has direct contact with each other. The symmetrical halves pivot about the device handle. A sound resistant material aligns the inside walls of the second enclosure and the outside walls of the second enclosure. The device eliminates unwanted echoes and allows sound to be clearly captured by an attached microphone or input device.

    摘要: A device for storing compact disks comprising a base and a stack of supports installed on the base and placed one above the other. The supports have seats for compact disks, located one above the other. The device is made so that these seats can be pulled out from the stack by rotating the supports about an axis located outside these seats. The device has a retaining member connected with the base and located along said axis. The retaining member makes contact with the supports in their initial position, with the capability of resting, which restricts their rotation. The two supports that are immediately adjacent to each other make contact with parts of the retaining member and can stop, thereby restricting rotation of these supports in mutually opposite directions. Accordingly, the possibility of undesired pullout of adjacent supports from the stack following pullout of a compact disk is eliminated.

Then, the stand (5) is temporarily fixed to a display unit (P) by engaging the engagement tab (52) disposed on the stand (5) with the hook (11), and finally secured to the display unit (P) with a set screw (B1) after temporal fixing.

The flexible couplings may be provided by a single sheet of flexible substrate coupled to the linearly aligned panels. One side of the assembled speaker enclosure includes a middle panel of the coupled panels, having at least one flat rabbet joint. The external length of the middle panel is long enough to permit folding of at least one of the outermost of the panels, with flexible substrate and a covering, under the middle panel. The assembled speaker enclosure is held together with a flexible substrate, adhesive, clamps, or preferably, any two thereof. Openings for speakers and connector cups are provided. The kit includes adhesive, instructions, at least one connector cup, and hardware.

At least one of the sound-absorbing walls (240) has an air inlet (30). The device (10) further has a flue (40) arranged on one of the sound-absorbing walls (240), so that the interior space (210, 220) of the casing (20) can be vented via the air inlet (30) and the flue (40). During operation of the laboratory instrument situated in the interior space (210, 220) of the device (10), the sound generated by the laboratory instrument is absorbed by the walls, so that essentially no noise, or only significantly reduced levels of noise, generated by the laboratory instrument can escape the device (10). The walls (240) and their connections are also designed in such a way that essentially no heat generated by the laboratory instrument can escape the device (10). The air that flows into the interior space through the one air inlet (30), or preferably through several air inlets (30), being again evacuated through the flue (40) makes it possible to remove waste heat produced by the laboratory instrument from the device. Such a device (10) makes it possible to operate a laboratory instrument in a laboratory without people located in the laboratory being significantly impaired by waste heat and/or noise from the laboratory instrument.
