摘要： A panel loading method for loading an inner panel to an outer panel that has a bent portion provided by bending a periphery thereof, the outer panel and the inner panel being overlapped to integrate the outer panel and the inner panel at the periphery thereof. The method includes: providing at least one of the outer panel and the inner panel by an elastic body; disposing the outer panel onto a panel receiver so that the bent portion is directed upward; placing a guide plate on or above the bent portion; loading the inner panel into the outer panel from above the guide plate; and inserting the inner panel into an inside of the bent portion.

The positioning assembly includes a pair of positioning subassemblies and a movable supporting subassembly. Each positioning subassembly comprises a supporting bracket and two positioning members, the two supporting brackets are distributed on the worktable, spaced from each other, for holding the workpiece. The movable supporting subassembly comprises two transmission members and two driving members. The two transmission members are laminated together and disposed on the worktable. The two driving members are respectively assembled to the two transmission members and drive the two transmission members to slide along different directions, thereby supporting the workpiece. The present disclosure further discloses a positioning assembly.

摘要： Disclosed is a bar feeder, which is capable of reliably loading a bar onto a guide rail with a simplified structure. The bar feeder 1 comprises a stock rack 8, a guide rail 4 for guiding a bar to a bar machining apparatus, and a bar supply mechanism 32 for taking bars W one by one out of the stock rack 8 and supplying the taken-out bar W onto the guide rail 4. The bar supply mechanism 32 includes a lifting member 40 adapted to lift a downstreammost one of the bar W on the stack rack 8, a bar receiving member 42 adapted to receive thereon the lifted bar W and supply the bar W onto the guide rail 4, and a stopper member 36 adapted to holds a second-downstreammost one of the bar W to be subsequently supplied. The lifting member 40 and the bar receiving member 42 are adapted to be driven by a common moving device 44, in such a manner that the lifting member 40 is linearly moved in an upward-downward direction in conjunction with a swing movement of the bar receiving member 42. The structure designed to drive the lifting member 40 and the bar receiving member 42 by the common moving device 44 makes it possible to reduce the number of components for a driving section, and achieve structural simplification.

The forming machine includes a frame, a drive mechanism, a plurality of forming elements, and an edge guide mechanism. The edge guide mechanism applies pressure along the edge margin in a lateral direction, thereby following the edge margin as the strip is advanced through the machine. The edge guide includes a carriage assembly attached to the frame that comprises a carriage support frame and a carriage movably disposed thereon. The edge guide mechanism includes an actuator connected to the carriage that is operative to urge the carriage toward edge margin. At least one guide roller is mounted to the carriage and adapted to receive the edge margin of the strip.

摘要： Elastic metal rings are pushed between plural shelf members which have an opening, are provided parallel to each other in a vertical direction and are spaced a predetermined interval from each other, the opening having an inner periphery of which total sides are longer than a periphery of each elastic metal ring. Each of all the metal rings is deformed into an approximately polygonal shape, which allows all the metal rings to pass through the opening, from arrangement condition of the metal rings, and all the metal rings are pressed and held from insides thereof and are extracted from the opening. A heat treatment jig, which has the same opening as that of the shelf member and enables the metal rings to be mounted parallel to each other in a vertical direction and to be spaced the above predetermined interval from each other, is used. All the metal rings, which are held from the insides thereof in the arrangement condition, are inserted from the opening of the heat treatment jig into the heat treatment jig, all the metal rings are released from being held from the insides thereof, and all the metal rings are mounted in the heat treatment jig. The metal rings and the heat treatment jig are subjected to a heat treatment, and the metal rings are extracted from the shelf members.
