    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for dynamic transmit power control. Some aspects more specifically relate to dynamically enable transmit power during a transmission opportunity (TxOP) to minimize the transmit power being used for message transmissions. In some implementations, a wireless device may transmit, at a first transmit power, a first message that indicates that the wireless device will transmit one or more second messages during a TxOP. The wireless device may select a second transmit power for the second message(s) and a plurality of transmission parameters, wherein the second transmit power satisfies a metric for the one or more second messages. The wireless device may transmit the second message(s) during the TxOP at the second transmit power and in accordance with respective values of the plurality of transmission parameters.

    Abstract: Some examples of the techniques described herein may provide encoding or decoding approaches to generate vectors that meet an orthogonality condition in vector compression procedures (e.g., vector compression or decompression). Encoder layers (e.g., neural network layers) on the encode side may generate orthogonal compressed vectors or decoder layers (e.g., neural network layers) on the decode side may generate orthogonal decompressed vectors. For instance, a neural network layer may be trained to generate a compressed or decompressed vector that satisfies an orthogonality condition relative to one or more previously compressed or decompressed vectors in accordance with a dependency order or a compression sequence. An indication of the dependency order may be communicated between the encode side and the decode side to order encoder or decoder layers (e.g., to execute encoder or decoder layers in the compression sequence) to produce compressed or decompressed vectors that satisfy an orthogonality condition.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which full-duplex communications may be configured at a serving network entity. One or more symbols of a set of symbols may be configured for full-duplex communications at the network entity, and at least a first symbol that is configured for full-duplex communications also may be configured for synchronization signal block (SSB) transmissions according to a SSB configuration. A user equipment (UE) that is configured to monitor the first symbol for a SSB may use a priority rule to determine whether to transmit an uplink communication on the first symbol, or to monitor for the SSB on the first symbol. Additionally, or alternatively, a UE may transmit capability information that indicates whether the UE supports the full-duplex operation configured in SSB symbols.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for modulation of extended long range wireless packets. Some aspects more specifically relate to communicating packets in an extended long range (ELR) communication mode. A wireless communication device may receive an indication to transmit a single-user wireless packet associated with the ELR communication mode, where the single-user wireless packet includes a preamble portion and a data portion. At least the data portion may be associated with a duplication scheme pertaining to the ELR communication mode. The wireless communication device may transmit, in accordance with the indication, the single-user wireless packet using a first quantity of duplications of at least the data portion in accordance with the duplication scheme, where the first quantity of duplications is associated with the ELR communication mode. Additionally, or alternatively, the wireless communication device may transmit the single-user wireless packet in accordance with a distributed resource unit (dRU).

The apparatus provides, to a passive node or a semi-passive node, an access control indication that indicates support for at least one of a first mode of operation or a second mode of operation.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may transmit one or more reference signals to a user equipment (UE). The network entity may receive, from the UE, channel estimation information based on the reference signals and observed channel conditions for the UE during a first time slot. The network entity may determine, based on the received channel estimation information, a first channel condition prediction associated with a first sub-slot of a second time slot and a second channel condition prediction associated with a second sub-slot of the second time slot. The network entity may determine multiple precoders based on the channel condition predictions. The network entity may communicate with the UE using a first precoder during the first sub-slot of the second time slot and a second precoder during the second sub-slot of the second time slot.

    Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for generating depth information. For example, a process can include obtaining a first feature volume including visual features corresponding to each respective frame included in a first set of frames. A first query generator network can generate reconstruction features associated with a reconstructed feature volume corresponding to the first feature volume. Based on the first feature volume, a second query generator network can generate motion features associated with predicted future motion corresponding to the first feature volume. An initial depth prediction can be generated for each respective frame based on cross-attention between features of a depth prediction decoder, the reconstruction features, and the motion features. A refined depth prediction can be generated for each respective based on cross-attention between the initial depth prediction, the reconstruction features, and the motion features.
