摘要: There is provided a movable iron core linear actuator, which includes a magnetic circuit (mc) which causes a moving element (2) to reciprocate. The magnetic circuit (mc) includes an iron core (20) constituting the moving element (2), a stator core (10) including a facing portion (10c) which faces the iron core (20), a pair of permanent magnets (12a, 12b) disposed in the facing portion (10c) along a reciprocating direction and having inverted magnetic poles at their surfaces which face the iron core, and a coil (11) wound around the stator core (10). Energization to coil (11) causes the moving element (2) to reciprocate. When the coil (11) is not energized, offset force (F4) is applied to the moving element (2) by the magnetic flux produced by the permanent magnets (12a, 12b).

摘要: A linear actuator, wherein a permanent magnet is reliably prevented from being damaged. In a first linear actuator, the width of a gap between a first contact section and a second contact section in a radial direction or the width of a gap between the first contact section and the second contact section in a rotating direction is less than the width of a gap between a permanent magnet and a magnetic pole section. In a second linear actuator, a flat plate-like permanent magnet is provided in that one of a movable section and a stationary section which is provided with a coil for generating a magnetic flux for reciprocating the movable section, and that surface of the other which is opposed to the permanent magnet and functions as a magnetic pole surface is formed flat. In a third linear actuator, each of an engaging projection and a cutout is provided so as to be oriented in the direction in which the magnetic force of the permanent magnet acts on the magnetic pole section. At least a portion of the cutout is notched in the direction in which the magnetic force of the permanent magnet acts on the magnetic pole section.

摘要: A piezoelectric driven type vibratory feeder having a working mass member that vibrates stably over an entire area of the working mass member is disclosed. The piezoelectric driven type vibratory feeder includes a base, a plurality of first plate springs, with a lower end portion of each of the plurality of first plate springs being secured to the base. A working mass member connected to an upper end portion of each of the plurality of first plate springs and supported at the base to enable the working mass member to vibrate. The piezoelectric feeder also includes a plurality of second plate springs, a piezoelectric device bonded to at least one surface of each of the plurality of second plate springs. An alternating voltage is applied to each piezoelectric device whereby each second plate spring undergoes bending vibration and causes the working mass member to vibrate so that an object is transported on the working mass member.

摘要: In a pyrometallurgical smelting method of copper, the copper-ore and auxiliary fuel, such as carbonaceous material, is blown through an ore-concentrate burner into a reaction shaft. In an improved pyrometallurgical smelting of copper, the carbonaceous material is used to reduce the Fe.sub.3 O.sub.4 contained in the slag. The present invention provides an improved method for reducing the Fe.sub.3 O.sub.4 even in a case at a decreased amount of auxiliary fuel is to be decreased. The carbonaceous material is blown into a lower portion of the reaction shaft where the oxygen partial pressure is low.
