Abstract: A shift register unit, a driving method thereof, a gate driving circuit, and a display device are provided. The shift register unit includes an input branch and a reset branch; the input branch is configured to form or disconnect a first path between a first scan voltage terminal and a pull-up node under control of a potential of a first control terminal. The reset branch is configured to form or disconnect a second path between a second scan voltage terminal and the pull-up node under control of a potential of a second control terminal.

Abstract: An ultrasonic sensing circuitry is disclosed which includes an ultrasonic sensor circuit, an input circuit, a reset circuit, a storage circuit, a selection circuit, a source follower, and a compensation circuit. The ultrasonic sensor circuit generates a sensing voltage corresponding to a received ultrasonic signal to provide the sensing voltage to a first node. The input circuit provides the voltage of the first node to a second node. The reset circuit resets the voltage of the second node. The storage circuit stores a voltage difference between the second node and a second supply voltage terminal. The selection circuit provides a third supply voltage to a third node. The source follower outputs a current corresponding to a voltage between a first electrode and a control electrode via an output terminal. The compensation circuit provides a compensated sensing voltage to a control electrode of the source follower.

Abstract: The present application discloses a pixel driving circuit with touch-sensing function. The driving circuit includes a first drive-control sub-circuit, a display-drive sub-circuit, a second drive-control sub-circuit, and an emission-control sub-circuit connected in series to generate a drive-current to drive a light-emission device in the subpixel under control of an emission-control signal in a respective one of multiple emission duty periods of a cycle time for displaying one frame of image. The drive circuit also includes a data-input sub-circuit and a charge sub-circuit to set a first voltage to the control terminal of the display-drive sub-circuit. Additionally, the drive circuit includes a photo-sensing sub-circuit configured to reset a photo-sensing device integrated with the light-emission device in the subpixel for touch sensing in a touch-sensing period before entering any one of the multiple emission duty periods of the cycle time.

Abstract: Provided are a pixel circuit and a drive method thereof, a display substrate, and a display device. The pixel circuit includes a current source sub-circuit and a voltage divider sub-circuit. The current source sub-circuit is configured to update a stored drive voltage based on a voltage at the data signal terminal when the gate signal terminal receives a gate drive signal, and output a drive current based on the stored drive voltage when the switch signal terminal receives a light-emitting control signal, a current value of the drive current being positively correlated to a voltage value of the drive voltage. The voltage divider sub-circuit is configured to regulate an equivalent resistance value of the voltage divider sub-circuit in an output path of the drive current based on a signal received by the voltage division control signal terminal.
