The portable folding type cradle includes a first cradling body; a second cradling body folded or unfolded from the first cradling body; a hinge unit for connecting the second cradling body to the first cradling body; a housing unit for connecting to the hinge unit, and housing the first and second cradling bodies or supporting the second cradling body; and at least one unit provided at the first cradling body, and preventing sliding of a portable terminal to stably support a mount state thereof, and controlling the mount state of the portable terminal.
