At least the surface of the devices that require good corrosion resistance and a property of no liquid remaining on the surface comprises glassy carbon with a surface roughness (Ra) of 10 μm or less. When the device is a jig to load an article to be treated in a wet process, the purity of the surface to be in contact with liquid is 50 ppm or less in terms of ash content and the surface roughness (Ra) is 0.1 μm or less. When the device is a spray chamber for ICP analysis, Ra is 0.1-10 μm and the purity of the surface to be in contact with liquid is 50 ppm or less.

摘要: A laminated electronic component includes a ceramic body having an inner portion and a pair of outer portions disposed above and below the inner portion and a pair of external electrodes disposed on lateral sides of the ceramic body. A plurality of internal electrodes are embedded in the inner portion and alternately connected to the external electrodes. At least two layers of dummy electrodes are embedded in at least one of the outer portions and each connected to one of the external electrodes. An innermost one of the dummy electrodes has a same polarity as an adjacent outermost one of the internal electrodes. The dummy electrodes include at least one pair of adjacent dummy electrodes of opposite polarities.

摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a semiconductor integrated circuit formed in a semiconductor chip, and a switching element that is formed in the semiconductor chip and has a current path whose one end and the other end are both connected to the semiconductor integrated circuit. The switching element receives a control signal produced by a control circuit and causes a current to flow from the one end to the other end of the current path by a bipolar operation. The semiconductor integrated circuit device further includes the control circuit that is formed in the semiconductor chip and configured to control a conductive/non-conductive state of the current path of the switching element.

摘要: A production method of an electronic device comprising the steps of forming a stacked body by stacking green sheets 10a and electrode layers 12a having a predetermined pattern and firing the stacked body. Before forming the stacked body, a blank pattern layer 24 having substantially the same thickness as that of the electrode layer is formed on a space portion of the electrode layer having a predetermined pattern. The electrode level difference absorbing print paste for forming the blank pattern layer 24 includes at least ceramic powder and a binder resin, and a polymerization degree of the binder resin included in the electrode level difference absorbing print paste is made equal to or more than that of a binder resin included in slurry for forming the green sheet. The binder resin of the electrode level difference absorbing print paste includes a polyvinyl butyral resin, a polymerization degree of the polyvinyl butyral resin is 1400 or more, a butyralation degree is 64 to 74 mol %, and an acetalization degree is 66 to 74 mol %.

摘要: A TFT readout system radiation image detector capable of satisfactorily removing noise signals generated by the parasitic capacitors formed in the vicinity of the respective intersections between gate control signal lines and charge signal lines. The detector includes charge detecting elements for storing charges generated by receiving radiation; gate control signal lines through which a gate control signal flows to control the switching element of each charge detecting element; charge signal lines to which charge signals stored in the storage sections flow out; and delay circuits provided for the switching elements of respective charge detecting elements to delay the rise time of the gate control signal. Charge signals flowed out to the charge signal lines after the rise time are detected to differentiate the detection timings of the charge signals, and noise signals generated a when outputting of the gate control signal is initiated.
