On the interior side of its bottom, the cover panel is provided with locking rails into which, for the fastening of the panel, snap-in heads of bolts connected with the body structure can be inserted in a clamping manner. For removal, the panel is arranged so than it can be slid longitudinally on the snap-in heads that are held in the rails.

    摘要: A laser resonator (11) and a passive resonator (7,22) are coupled longitudinally in such a way as to prevent multiple reflections in the laser (11). The passive resonator (7,22) is, for example, monolithically integrated in laser (11). In a semiconductor wafer (5), a laser-active layer (1) and a waveguide layer (2) transparent to the laser beam are arranged at such a distance apart that no optical coupling occurs through the intermediate semiconductor material. The semiconductor wafer (5) has a cavity (7) perpendicular to the direction of layering and perpendicular to the propagation of the light, with a vertical flank (71) which forms a common reflecting surface of the laser (11) and the passive resonator (7,22) and an inclined flank (72) which reflects the light not coupled to the waveguide layer (22) forming part of the resonator out of the wafer (5).

    摘要: A laser diode array includes ridges formed in a cover layer forming an upper layer of a semiconductor body, the ridges being provided with separate contacts to produce laser active stripes in an active layer situated between a substrate and the cover layer. The thickness of the cover layer between the ridges is such that lateral coupling is achieved, while the thickness of the cover layer in the region adjoining the outside edges of the outer ridges is small enough so that lateral emission losses are low as the result of quasi-index guidance based on the metal clad ridge waveguide principle. A second embodiment provides wave guidance at the outside edges of the outer ridges by a buried heterostructure principle.

The process includes a first purification stage to separate low-boiling products and unspecified isomers of the useful product from the product stream virtually without loss of useful product and a second purification stage for removing the useful product in a stream having a purity of >97% by weight and a further stream having a purity of >92% by weight.

    摘要: This disclosure relates to a highly efficient gas turbine engine architecture utilizing multiple stages of intercooling and reheat, ceramic technology, turbocharger technology and high pressure combustion. The approach includes utilizing a conventional dry low NOx combustor for the main combustor and thermal reactors for the reheat apparatuses. In a first configuration, there are three separate turbo-compressor spools and a free power turbine spool. In a second configuration, there are three separate turbo-compressor spools but no free power spool. In a third configuration, all the compressors and turbines are on a single shaft. Each of these configurations can include two stages of intercooling, two stages of reheat and a recuperator to preheat the working fluid before it enters the main combustor.

Each air guiding device has a laterally arranged air guiding duct with an air inlet opening for guiding radiator fresh air to a radiator and an outlet opening downstream behind the radiator unit for supplying the radiator outlet air to a wheel house. A closure element is arranged in the air outlet opening of the air guiding duct. The closure element is arranged transversely in the vehicle and has adjustable flaps. A separate flow duct is oriented in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The separate flow duct has an air entry opening arranged in the transverse plane of the closure element and an air exit opening directed toward a brake disk of a braking system in the front wheel of the vehicle.
