    摘要: The present invention presents a method and an apparatus for assembling a fuel assembly which is free of surface damage on the fuel rod surfaces, and of distortions caused by residual stresses. Such problems are introduced by the method of inserting the fuel rods into the grids, and the sequence of attaching the control rod guiding pipes. In the conventional method, the guiding pipes are attached to the respective grids first and the fuel rods are inserted in the grids while the holding mechanisms (such as spring force against a dimple formed on the grid wall) are active. In the invented assembling method, the sprigs are deactivated first and then the fuel rods are inserted into the grids. Once the assembly is made firm with all the fuel rods in place and fixed firmly to the grids, the control rod guiding pipes are inserted into the grids and the pipes are fixed rigidly to the respective grids. By performing the assembling operation in the above sequence, slight shifting of the grids which occurs on fixing the pipes to the grids, during the conventional method, is prevented. The final assembly produced according to the invented method is free of surface damage and the overall quality of alignment of the assembly is excellent.

The membrane is prepared by discharging a stock solution containing the polyarylate resin and the polysulfone resin in the total amount of 10% to 25% by weight and a core solution of an organic solvent containing water in the amount of 25% to 80% by volume into a coagulating solution.

    摘要: A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus including a reel drive system having a first transmitting path for high-speed magnetic tape feed, and a second transmitting path for constant-speed magnetic tape feed. The first transmitting path includes a drive pulley for driving a pair of magnetic tape reels through oscillating idler means which is supported on a support shaft located on a bisector perpendicular to the center of the pair of magnetic tape reels to directly transmit the rotation of a reversible motor to the drive pulley. The second transmitting path transmits the rotation of the reversible motor through a slip mechanism to obtain a predetermined output torque. One of the two transmitting path is selected for each operation mode as switching of the operation modes is effected.

    摘要: A tape recorder is disclosed in which the movement of the pinch roller toward and away from the capstan, the movement of the take-up roller toward and away from the take-up reel mount and the movement of the brake plate toward and away from the take-up and supply reel mounts are performed by a single control board having three control sections. The movement of the control board is associated with that of the head base plate carrying a magnetic head and movable between a stop position and a playback position. When the head base plate moves to the playback position, the control board moves together with the head base plate by the elasticity of the spring member tensioned therebetween, whereby the three types of movements make possible the desired playback state. In response to an external operation for a pause, the control board alone is moved to the stop position, thus turning the three types of movements into a pause mode.

    摘要: An operation device of a tape recorder adapted to bring mechanisms such as a pinch roller, magnetic heads and so on into constant-speed tape feeding condition, making use of a part of torque of a member such as a capstan which is driven by a motor. The device has a manual operation system and an automatic actuating system. The manual operation system includes a manually operable constant-speed tape feed operation member and first locking means adapted to lock the manual operation member at an operation position to which the same has been displaced. The automatic actuating system includes a first rotary body adapted to be rotated in relation with the rotation of the shaft of the motor, a second rotary body having an engageable portion capable of performing a torque-transmitting engagement with the first rotary body and a non-engageable portion which cannot engage the first rotary body, an actuating plate adapted to be displaced by the rotation of the second rotary body and to control the position of the mechanisms, and second locking means to lock the mechanisms at a position to which they have been displaced. As the operation member is operated, it is locked at the operation position by the first locking means. A part of power for displacing the operation member to the operation position is transmitted to the second rotary body, which has confronted the first rotary body at its non-engageable portion, is slightly rotated to bring its engageable portion into engagement with the first rotary body, so as to be continuously driven by the latter. As the second rotary body is driven, it displaces the mechanisms through the actuating plate, and the mechanisms are held at the position to which they have been moved.
