摘要: A 3D reconstruction method is provided. Positioning signals are received by a signal receiver at a first and a second time spots to determine a HMD displacement vector and a HMD rotation amount. A first and a second images are retrieved by a first camera to determine a first camera rotation amount. A relative rotation amount and a relative displacement vector between the HMD and the first camera are calculated. A first camera displacement vector of the first camera is calculated according to the HMD displacement vector, the HMD rotation amount, the relative rotation amount and the relative displacement vector. Depth information of the first and the second image is obtained based on the first camera displacement vector and the first camera rotation amount. 3D reconstruction is performed according to images retrieved by the first camera and the depth information.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an electronic device for generating a multiple point of view (MPOV) video and the method thereof. The present disclosure involves the electronic device to obtain a plurality of media contents. The electronic device would identify a first media content relating to a second media content in time and location according to time information, audio information, and location information including a geographic tag and a surrounding signal information. Then, the first media content and the second media content are provided as relevant media contents for generating the MPOV video of the event having the relevant media content captured from different point of view.

摘要: A head mounted display (HMD) and an image generating method thereof are provided. The HMD includes a display device, an optical converter, an optical shutter and an optical engine. The display device receives an AR image and/or an external image, and transmits a display image along a projection direction. The optical converter receives the display image and adjusts an output angle to project an output image to a target area. The optical shutter opens a transmission path for the external image to the display device during a first time period, and inhibits the transmission path during a second time period, where the first time period is longer than the second time period. A first luminance of the AR image provided by the optical engine in the first time period is lower than a second luminance of the AR image provided by the optical engine in the second time period.
