摘要: A method to improve the cleansing effect on non-delicate washing which is to be washed in a washing machine comprising a washing drum. The washing drum is driven in at least one A phase (intensive wetting) and in at least one second B phase (high wash mechanics) within the washing and/or rinsing processes. Said phases are successive at least once during said washing and/or rinsing processes. In the A phase (intensive wetting), the washing drum accelerates in the first rotational direction (+) up to a rotational speed n1 which is significantly greater than the applicational rotational speed and in the other rotational direction (−) up to a second rotational speed n2 which is significantly less than the applicational speed. In the B phase (high wash mechanics), the washing drum accelerates in both rotational directions up to rotational speeds whereat the individual items of washing are highly spun and are rubbed against each other.

摘要: A washing machine and a control method thereof are provided, which control a rotational speed of a rotary tub (or revolutions per minute: RPM of a motor) according to a vibration level thereof to attenuate a vibration of the rotary tub. The washing machine includes the rotary tub, the motor, a vibration detecting unit and a control unit. The motor is linked to the rotary tub to be supplied with drive power and rotates the rotary tub. The vibration detecting unit detects the vibration level of the rotary tub using a variation of the drive power supplied to the motor when the motorrotates. The control unit controls a current rotational speed of the motor to be increased, maintained or decreased according to the vibration level of the rotary tub detected by the vibration detecting unit.

摘要: A method and system for detecting an imbalance condition in a rotating washing machine tub includes receiving an indication of the actual tub rotation speed, comparing the actual tub rotation speed to a predetermined desired rotation speed to calculate a speed error, and determining maximum and minimum speed errors. The difference between the maximum and minimum speed error is calculated, and a tub imbalance condition is detected based at least in part on the calculated difference. In one embodiment, the speed error is input to a controller that produces an output used to minimize the absolute speed error. The difference between the minimum and maximum controller output is then used to determine tub imbalance. In another aspect of the invention, the method and system include receiving an indication of a power level required to achieve a given washing machine rotation speed and comparing the required power level to a predefined standard power level associated with the given rotation speed. A tub imbalance condition is detected in response to the comparison.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for reducing vibration during dehydration of a washing machine having a ball balancer provided to a spin basket for accommodating clothes. The disclosed method for reducing vibration comprises: a test rotation step for rotating the spin basket at a measurement rotation count, which is lower than a resonance rotation count and at which the balls of the ball balancer move in a circle; a vibration period measurement step for measuring a vibration period of the spin basket, the vibration period being caused by the eccentric distribution of the clothes in the test rotation step; and an acceleration start timing acquisition step for acquiring acceleration start timing on the basis of the vibration period such that the balls and the eccentrically distributed clothes are arranged to face each other in opposite phases during resonance, when the rotation count of the spin basket passes the resonance rotation count if there is acceleration at a preset determined acceleration speed from the measurement rotation count.

摘要: A control method of washing machine and a washing machine adopting the control method are provided. The washing machine includes a master control board, and an acceleration sensor configured to detect vibration of an outer drum. At least in a high-speed dewatering phase, the master control board is configured to determine whether to perform load redistribution according to vibration data, detected by the acceleration sensor, regarding the outer drum, and issue an instruction. Since the washing machine determines whether to perform load redistribution according to vibration data, detected by the acceleration sensor, regarding the outer drum in the high-speed dewatering phase, various uncontrolled vibrations and displacements can be restrained in advance, thereby increasing operational reliability of the washing machine, avoiding generating a collision of the drum and increasing washing efficiency and service life of the washing machine.

摘要: A laundry treatment apparatus including a casing, an outer tub provided in the casing, an inner tub rotatably disposed in the outer tub and a pivot pivotably supported with respect to the casing. A supporting rod connected with the pivot and the outer tub to hang the outer tub in the casing. A moving member is movably provided along the supporting rod. A first connecting member connected with the moving member. A second connecting member whose position varies with respect to the first connecting member. A frictional member provided at any one of the first connecting member and the second connecting member. The moving member includes a pivot combining part provided to be combinable with the pivot to prevent the supporting rod from escaping through the other end of the moving member while the supporting rod is not connected with the outer tub.
