Abstract:
A washstand may include a washing device, a cabinet and a dryer. The washing device may include a sink, a water-supply assembly that supplies water to the sink, and a water-discharge assembly that drains water from the sink. The cabinet may be provided below the sink and having an inner space. The dryer may be provided in the cabinet and may include a first outlet in communication with the inner space of the cabinet and a second outlet under the cabinet in communication with an outside of the cabinet. The dryer may be configured to selectively generate airflow through the first outlet to the inner space or through the second outlet to the outside of the cabinet.
Abstract:
A sink comprising a basin and a faucet assembly foldably mounted relative to the basin. The faucet assembly is rotatable between an upright position wherein the faucet assembly protrudes out from the basin and a folded position wherein the faucet assembly is received within the basin. Another embodiment comprises a sink assembly including a sink housing including a conduit rack and a receptacle for a sink with such a foldable faucet assembly. The sink assembly may further include one or more slidable table portions or a pivotable lid for covering the sink when the faucet assembly is in the folded position. A serving cart, a gardening cart and a barbecue station, each including a sink with a foldable faucet assembly and a slidable table portion or pivotable lid for covering the sink when the faucet assembly is in the folded position. Abstract:
A method for a person to wash their hands using a hand washing apparatus comprising a hand washing bowl having an interior and a cover which are reconfigurable between a hand washing position in which the person can wash their hands and an inactive position, a controller for reconfigurating the bowl between the hand washing position and the inactive position; and, a dispenser for dispensing water and a cleaner over the person's hands, the method comprising the steps of actuating the controller to rotate the bowl and the cover about an axis to the hand washing position; dispensing water and soap over the person's hands; and, dispensing water to rinse the person's hands.
