Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved toilet and flushing system, wherein the system includes a toilet bowl; a pressured water supply; at least one flow regulator and at least one water outlet; characterized in that the system includes at least one control device configured to operate said flow regulator(s) to control the flow of the pressured water supply, and wherein the outlet(s) are configured to deliver water from the pressured water supply, so that water from the pressured water supply which creates a venturi effect to evacuate waster and water from the bowl and travels along wall(s) of the toilet bowl to wash and refill the toilet.

Abstract: A toilet device for providing a toilet which allows a person in a wheelchair to slide from the wheelchair directly onto the toilet. The toilet device includes a toilet bowl having a seat portion and a peripheral wall extending downwardly from the seat portion. The peripheral wall includes a back side, a front side, and a pair of lateral sides. The back side has a height greater than the front side. The seat portion generally has an L-shape such that the seat portion has a generally horizontal portion and a generally vertical portion. A chamber is defined between an inner surface and an outer surface of the peripheral wall. The inner surface comprises a bowl and a drain. A flushing system is in fluid communication with the toilet bowl. A user wheels a wheelchair to the front side and slides from the wheelchair and onto the seat portion.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for conserving the volume of water consumed during the flushing of waste deposited in the bowl of a toilet. A secondary water reservoir is mounted externally on the primary water reservoir of a conventional toilet. The primary water reservoir holds a first body of water whose volume is greater than a second body of water held by the secondary water reservoir. The first body of water may be discharged from the primary water reservoir directly into the bowl. Alternatively, the second body of water may be discharged from said second water reservoir into a water feed member which is mounted externally on the rim of the bowl and which directs said second body of water into said bowl along its perimeter in a slight downwardly direction.
