摘要: A method for creating a high-resolution image of an object from low-resolution images of the object is provided. Both the low-resolution images and the high-resolution image are composed of a pixel grid. An image recording device successively records low-resolution images, in which pitches of the grid points of the pixel grid are increased in one image dimension in comparison with the pitches of the grid points of the pixel grid in the high-resolution image to be created. A data processing system registers the low-resolution images with respect to one another to obtain registered images which are superimposed to obtain the high-resolution image. The grid points of the low-resolution images and the grid points of the high-resolution image have same dimensions and the data processing system uses image information obtained from different positions of the object relative to the grid points in the individual low-resolution images to create the high-resolution images.

摘要: An optical observation system includes a contactless pointer unit having a real component including a position labeling device and a virtual component including a virtual tip which is at least intermittently spaced apart from the real component. The system includes a unit for capturing at least one portion of an object and a unit for capturing a position and an alignment of the real component and a unit configured to display the captured portion of the object. The system includes a control unit for ascertaining a position of the virtual tip based on the captured position and alignment of the real component and for arranging for the image output unit to display, with a mark, the position of the virtual tip in the displayed captured portion of the object. An operating method, a pointer device suitable as a real component and a computer program product are provided.

摘要: A method for generating control data for a treatment device includes providing cornea data based on data of a refractive correction and specifying the cornea incision surfaces. The cornea incision surfaces include a cap incision surface disposed beneath a surface layer of corneal tissue and partially defining a selected lenticule volume and a lenticule incision surface disposed beneath the cap incision surface and further defining the selected lenticule volume. The method further includes generating a control data record for the cornea incision surfaces for purposes of controlling the laser apparatus. The cap incision surface is irregularly shaped and has extensions into surrounding tissue, and/or the lenticule incision surface is irregularly shaped and has extensions into surrounding tissue. The lenticule incision surface and the cap incision surface isolate the selected lenticule volume.

摘要: A method and device are for generating and displaying a map of a brain operating field, brain tissue areas associated with a stimulated brain function being marked in the map. In the method, during a measurement cycle a stimulation of a brain function is effected and a stimulation image of the brain operating field with the stimulated brain function is recorded, a reference image without the stimulated brain function is recorded, the stimulation image and the reference image are used to generate the map, and the map is displayed on a display. A plurality of cycles are performed. A new map is generated after each cycle following the first cycle. In order to generate the new map, the stimulation and reference images of one or more preceding cycles are used besides the images recorded in the cycle just carried out. At least the new map is displayed after each cycle.

摘要: A method for capturing biometric measurement data of a patient's eye, in which the fixation is monitored during the entire biometric measurement. Information in respect of the fixation is extracted, depending on the different recording modes, from already available or additionally captured recordings and/or data. Central retinal OCT scans with absolute fixation information and frontal images with relative fixation information with or without at least partial diffuse lighting are used. On the basis of this extracted fixation information, the subsequent evaluation only uses the captured biometric measurement data captured just before, at the same time as or just after frontal images with the correct fixation. The method can also be applied to different measurement tasks, in which use is made of different measurement modes and in which the alignment of the measurement object is important for the measurement results.

摘要: A laser treatment unit for performing eye surgery, including a contact glass which can be placed onto the eye and through which a treatment laser beam (2) passes. A safety mechanism displaceably holds the contact glass such that the contact glass retreats when the contact glass is subjected to the action of a force contrary to the direction of incidence of the laser beam. The safety mechanism enables this retreating when a force is greater than a force limit value (Fmin) and holds the contact glass in a fixed manner when the force is less than the force limit value.
