摘要： An oral care implement such as a toothbrush includes a head and a plurality of tooth cleaning elements supported by the toothbrush head. The tooth cleaning elements preferably include an elastomeric polishing element defining an elevated dentifrice retaining recess spaced above the toothbrush head for holding dentifrice. In one embodiment, the recess may be configured as an annular groove. Preferred embodiments of the recess include a partially or completely closed bottom portion to support and minimize loss of dentifrice during brushing. In some embodiments, the polishing element may be collectively formed from a plurality of Y-shaped polishing members.

摘要： A kit for decorating a toothbrush includes the toothbrush having a base portion, and at least one decorative band sized to fit around the outer perimeter of the base portion of the toothbrush. A second embodiment of the kit includes the toothbrush, a writing instrument and an area designated on the base portion for marking with the writing instrument. A third embodiment of the kit includes the toothbrush, a writing instrument, an area designated on the base portion for marking with the writing implement and at least one decorative band sized to fit around the outer perimeter of the base portion of the toothbrush. Any of the kits may include at least one sticker sized to fit on the base portion of the toothbrush. Any of the kits may also include a panel including one or more stickers and/or one or more decorative bands.

The portable oral care system has an oral care implement with a handle and a head with a tooth cleaning element. The oral care implement is collapsible to be configurable between a use and a transport state. Further, the oral care system has a dentifrice container with a cavity for holding dentifrice and a dispensing outlet. Further, when the oral care implement is in the transport state, it is engagable with the dentifrice container for securing the oral care implement to the dentifrice container.

In one embodiment, the dispenser may be configured as a dispensing pen having an applicator on one end. A user may dismount the dispenser from the toothbrush, apply the agent to the oral surface, and re -mount the dispenser in the toothbrush for storage.

摘要： An electrophysiologic catheter with an improved control handle is provided. The catheter includes a heat transfer assembly to better dissipate heat in the control handle. The heat transfer assembly includes a pump, a reservoir containing a coolant, a heat transfer member, and a coolant transport network transporting coolant between at least the reservoir and the heat transfer member. In one embodiment, the heat transfer member is located within the control handle as a heat exchanger on the circuit board to receive the coolant for transferring heat from the integrated circuits to the coolant. In another embodiment, the heat transfer member is located on the circuit board directly surrounding the integrated circuits to internally cool the integrated circuit within the control handle. A second heat transfer member is located outside of the control handle as a heat exchanger.

摘要： A portable oral care system comprising a toothbrush having a detachable handle portion forming a dispenser containing an oral care product. The dispenser is configured as a dispensing pen having a dispensing orifice or applicator at one end. The dispenser includes a ratchet-type fluid dispensing system for delivering the oral care product. The dispenser includes a self-biasing push button actuator formed of a deformable elastomeric material with an elastic memory. A user may detach the dispenser from the toothbrush, apply the product to an oral surface by depressing the actuator, and re-mount the dispenser in the toothbrush for storage.
