    摘要: A method of forming a resist pattern, including forming a resist film on a substrate using a resist composition comprising a base component that exhibits increased solubility in an alkali developing solution and a photo-base generator component; exposing the resist film; baking the exposed resist film, such that, at an exposed portion thereof, the base generated from the photo-base generator component upon the exposure and an acid provided to the resist film are neutralized, and at an unexposed portion of the resist film, the solubility of the base component in an alkali developing solution is increased by the acid provided to the resist film; and subjecting the resist film to alkali development, thereby forming a negative-tone resist pattern in which the unexposed portion of the resist film has been dissolved and removed.

    摘要: An adjusting screw structure of an oil immersed solenoid comprises a movable core provided in a first space of a main body case to be movable in an axial direction. The core is biased by an adjusting spring to be pulled by a fixed magnetic pole portion. An adjusting screw capable of adjusting biasing force of the adjusting spring is included. The adjusting screw structure includes an air-bleeding plug configured to detachably attach to and seal an opening end portion of a rear case, which communicates with the first space. The air-bleeding plug includes an internal screw portion that threadedly engages the adjustable screw. A detachable mechanism is configured to attach the air-bleeding plug to the opening end portion, locating the air-bleeding plug at a predetermined attachment position in a movement direction of the adjusting screw. Thus, air in a solenoid can be removed without causing a biasing force error.

The engaging rims enclose the protrusions so as to position the frame holder to the outer blade mounting base when the frame holder is attached to the outer blade mounting base.
