摘要： A novel anthracene derivative represented by General Formula (1) is provided, which enables the production of a light-emitting element with high luminous efficiency and a long lifetime. A high-performance light-emitting device and electronic device in which the anthracene derivative is employed are also disclosed. The anthracene derivative of the present invention is represented by General Formula (1), in which the unit A represents any one of substituents represented by General Formulae (1-1) to (1-3). The variables shown in Formulae (1) and (1-1) to (1-3) are defined in the specification.

摘要： It is an object to provide a light-emitting element with high luminous efficiency by using a hole transporting substance with a sufficiently high T1 level. Further, it is another object to provide a light-emitting device and an electronic appliance with low power consumption by using a hole transporting substance with a sufficiently high T1 level. The present invention provides a light-emitting element which has a first layer containing a spiro-9,9′-bifluorene derivative in which one amino group is combined and a second layer containing a phosphorescent compound between an anode and a cathode.
