摘要： An image processing apparatus comprises a first storage area that stores in itself original data to be copied; a copier that copies the original data to a second storage area that is shared and allowed to be accessed by a plurality of users belonging to one same group, by storing reference information pointing to the original data stored in the first storage area, in the second storage area; a judger that judges whether or not all of access judgment target users who are the group users sharing the second storage area or preliminarily specified users, make access to the reference information stored by the copier in the second storage area; and a controller that suspends execution of an instruction given to change the original data for the access judgment target users so that the original data could be provided to all of them, if the judger judges that only some of the access judgment target users has made access to the reference information when the instruction to change the original data is given, and then, cancels the suspension after the original data is provided to all of the access judgment target users.

摘要： A system for outputting an image includes first and second image output apparatuses. The first image output apparatus includes a display processing portion that displays an image to be outputted on electronic paper based on a first condition under which a job to output the image is executed, a conditions storing processing portion that stores, in a conditions storage, the first condition in association with a job identifier for identifying the job, and a job identifier storing processing portion that stores the job identifier in the electronic paper. The second image output apparatus includes a reading portion that reads out the job identifier from the electronic paper, an obtaining portion that obtains, from the conditions storage portion, the first condition corresponding to the job identifier thus read out, and a job execution portion that executes a whole or a part of the job based on the first condition thus obtained.

摘要： An image processing apparatus being provided with: a volatile recording medium that stores image data; a nonvolatile recording medium that stores image data; a transfer portion that transfers image data page by page between the volatile recording medium and the nonvolatile recording medium; a controller that suspends transfer of one page of first image data, lets transfer of one page of second image data interrupt, and executes transfer of that page of the second image data on a priority basis, if a request to transfer that page of the second image data is issued with a higher priority level than that page of the first image data while that page of the first image data is being transferred by the transfer portion, and then, resumes transfer of an untransferred portion of that page of the first image data after that page of the second image data is completely transferred.

摘要： The present invention provides an image forming apparatus, an image management method and an image management program in which a security of image data to which anti-counterfeit information and the like is added can be ensured. The image forming apparatus connected to the network has an image data forming unit which forms the image data, and a control unit which prohibits transference of anti-counterfeit added image data in which the anti-counterfeit information is added to the image data between devices connected to the network. Thus, since the transference of the anti-counterfeit added image data is prohibited in general, security of the anti-counterfeit added image data can be improved.

摘要： An image processing system and method wherein image data is compressed and written to memory. The system includes a first controller, a second controller, a first detector, a third controller and a second detector. The first controller sequentially executes a reading and an image processing of image data from memory. The second controller sequentially executes a re-reading and an image processing of the image data from memory. The first detector detects insufficiency of empty capacity of the memory based on a size of image data of one page compressed at a predetermined compression rate. If insufficient memory for new image data is detected, the third controller writes new image data after a termination of the image processing of the image data of at least one page previously stored. The second detector detects overwriting by the third controller of the new image data on the stored image data.
