摘要: Waste heat possessed by a hot formaldehyde product gas obtained by catalytic reaction of methanol with air is heat exchanged with pressurized water in a waste heat boiler, thereby generating steam, and then leading the product gas to a formaldehyde absorption column, thereby absorbing formaldehyde, into an aqueous solution, and heat exchanging a recycling solution for a feed gas humidifier with the aqueous solution withdrawn from the bottom of absorption column. The waste heat can be efficiently recovered without deposition of paraformaldehyde on the heat transfer surface of heat exchanger and the amount of additional steam can be reduced or made entirely zero.

摘要: Improved magnetic media comprising a non-magnetic substrate and a magnetic layer formed on at least one side of the substrate. The magnetic recording media are provided in a variety of ways with a specific type of organosilane compound serving as a lubricant and represented by the following general formula: ##STR1## where R is a saturated or unsaturated monovalent hydrocarbon residue having from 7 to 21 carbon atoms, n is 0, 1 or 2, and p is an integer from 1 to 12. The organosilane lubricant compound may be incorporated in the magnetic layer itself, in a back coating layer, or it may constitute a layer on the magnetic layer or on the back coating layer.

摘要: An oil-impregnated sintered product having a resin-impregnated layer on the surface thereof for preventing oil contained therein from scattering therefrom when it moves at high speed. A method of producing the same comprising the steps of forming a seal layer on a sintered product, impregnating the sintered product with thermosetting resin, removing the seal layer, and impregnating the sintered product with oil.
