    摘要: An organic electroluminescent device and a method of manufacture thereof are provided. The device comprises a conductive substrate, a hole-injecting layer, a light-emitting layer, and a cathode layer, which are stacked in order. The material of the hole-injecting layer is made of an acid-doped polyaniline. The polyaniline has good conductivity and high stability, and the polyaniline is suitable as the material of hole-injecting layer. The acid-doped polyaniline can significantly improve the solubility and conductivity. As a result of the acid-doped polyaniline as the hole-injecting layer, the light-emitting performance of the organic electroluminescent device is basically same as a traditional OLED, and the cost is lowered.

    摘要: Techniques for reducing a voltage swing are disclosed. In one particular exemplary embodiment, the techniques may be realized as an apparatus for reducing a voltage swing comprising: a plurality of dynamic random access memory cells arranged in arrays of rows and columns, each dynamic random access memory cell including one or more memory transistors. The one or more memory transistors of the apparatus for reducing a voltage swing may comprise: a first region coupled to a source line, a second region coupled to a bit line, a first body region disposed between the first region and the second region, wherein the first body region may be electrically floating, and a first gate coupled to a word line spaced apart from, and capacitively coupled to, the first body region. The apparatus for reducing a voltage swing may also comprise a first voltage supply coupled to the source line configured to supply a first voltage and a second voltage to the source line, wherein a difference between the first voltage and the second voltage may be less than 3.5V.

As the PU stuffing is combined with the scented material and foamed inside the latex body, the present invention emits a scent and attracts the sense of smell of pets so that pets can play with the scented stuffed toy with more fun.

    摘要: Techniques for use in a blind detection process of information elements. Channels can be allocated into groups. For each group, resource blocks of each channel can be further divided into subspaces. A base station may communicate a number of channels in a group, a number of subspaces allocated to a group of channels, and a bit shift value to all mobile stations via non-specific user channels to a mobile station. The mobile station uses a blind detection scheme and the number of channels allocated per group, a number of sub-spaces per group of channels, and a bit shift value to locate an information element assigned to the mobile station. A number of blind detection trials may be capped to a sum of a number of channels for all allocated groups.

    摘要: An extensibility framework that allows a user to write user-defined modules that include user-defined operators (UDO) and user-defined aggregators (UDA) in a non-temporal fashion without the need to worry about temporal attributes of events (or event types). The temporal domain is managed on behalf of the user, and allows the user to write operators and aggregates in the temporal data streaming domain as well as to port existing libraries of non-temporal UDOs/UDAs to the temporal data streaming domain. Temporal attributes and event types are managed for non-temporal UDOs/UDAs by the extensibility framework on behalf of the UDO/UDA writer. Windows can be employed to bridge the gap between the non-temporal domains and temporal domains. Support for complex event processing (CEP) is provided in UDOs/UDAs for base classes related to a CEP operator, CEP aggregate, CEP time sensitive operator, and CEP time sensitive aggregate.
