Abstract: A mobile station (MS) receive a higher layer signal including first information used for indicating a first downlink component carrier (DCC). MS transmits in a first subframe, HARQ control information using a first PUCCH and a first PUCCH format in a case that a first PDSCH transmission on a second DCC different from the first DCC is indicated by a detection of a first PDCCH in a second subframe. MS transmits in a third subframe, HARQ control information using a second PUCCH and a second PUCCH format in a case that a second PDSCH transmission only on the first DCC is indicated by a detection of a second PDCCH in a fourth subframe. First PUCCH format supports a number of information bits per subframe larger than a number of information bits per subframe supported by the second PUCCH format. First PUCCH format is used for transmitting HARQ control information with a scheduling request.

Abstract: A User Equipment (UE) for performing carrier aggregation is described. The UE includes a processor and instructions stored in memory that is in electronic communication with the processor. The UE determines an uplink control information (UCI) transmission cell in a wireless communication network with at least one frequency-division duplexing (FDD) cell and at least one time-division duplexing (TDD) cell. The UE also selects a first cell for FDD and TDD carrier aggregation. The UE further determines a set of downlink subframe associations for the first cell that indicate at least one UCI transmission uplink subframe of the UCI transmission cell. The UE additionally sends Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information in the UCI transmission uplink subframe of the UCI transmission cell.

The method includes receiving, from a base station, an RRC connection reconfiguration message for adding a secondary cell group (SCG), wherein the RRC connection reconfiguration message includes data radio bearer (DRB) configuration parameters for remapping a DRB that is established on a master cell group (MCG), to the SCG; and remapping the DRB to the SCG based on the RRC connection reconfiguration message, wherein the DRB configuration parameters include a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) configuration.

Abstract: A communication system that includes at least a terminal apparatus and a base station apparatus. The terminal apparatus communicates with a base station apparatus by carrier aggregation using a plurality of serving cells, wherein each serving cell of the plurality of serving cells has a different frequency. The terminal apparatus receives (from the base station apparatus) a measurement configuration which includes a reporting configuration, a measurement object to indicate a measurement frequency and a measurement identity which links the measurement object to the reporting configuration. The terminal apparatus, in a case that an entry condition of the event corresponding with an event identity of the reporting configuration is fulfilled, transmits (to the base station apparatus) a measurement report which includes measurement results of all of the serving cells.

The UE additionally receives information using the multiple groups.

Abstract: MS receives a radio resource control signal including first information used for indicating an uplink component carrier (UCC), UCC being used for transmitting channel state information (CSI) on PUCCH. MS receives second information on PDCCH in a first downlink component carrier (DCC), second information being used for scheduling of a PUSCH in the UCC, the first DCC being one of the plurality of DCCs and corresponding to the UCC. MS transmits CSI on PUCCH in the first UCC, the CSI being for a second DCC, the second DCC being one of the plurality of DCCs. MS transmits uplink data and CSI on PUSCH in the UCC in a case that the PUSCH in the UCC is scheduled by using second information. MS receives ACK/NACK for transmission on PUSCH, ACK/NACK being received on a physical HARQ indicator channel in a same DCC as the first DCC in which second information is received.
