    摘要: An alternator of high quality and high performance includes a rotor, a stator core arranged so as to surround the rotor and having a plurality of axially extending slots arranged at a predetermined circumferential pitch, and a stator having a stator winding fitted into the slots. The stator core includes element iron cores of a hexahedral shape which are deformed to curve, with their adjacent end faces being abutted and bonded to each other, each of the element iron cores being composed of thin steel plates laminated and integrated with one another, with concave and convex portions formed on the thin steel plates being fitting with each other. The concave and convex portions are formed on a borderline between a compressive region of the stator core at an inner diameter side thereof and a tensile region of the stator core at an outer diameter side thereof.

    摘要: An engine generator is provided having an improved cooling effect realized by cooling air while ensuring a compact arrangement of components in a housing. The engine generator includes an engine 2, a generator 3, an inverter 4, a control device, a fuel tank 7, an air cleaner 16, a muffler 18, a radiator 6, and a housing 5 accommodating the foregoing components. The engine generator includes cooling air inlets 12 and 11 and a cooling air outlet 14 on sides of the housing 5 with a cooling air passage disposed between the inlets and outlet. The generator 3, the inverter 4, and the air cleaner 16 are disposed further upstream than the engine 2 along a cooling air passage. The fuel tank 7, the radiator 6, and the muffler 18 are disposed further downstream than the engine 2 along the cooling air passage. Ambient air is incorporated as cooling air into the housing 5 through the cooling air inlets 12 and 11, allowed to flow from an upstream toward a downstream of the cooling air passage, and discharged to outside the housing 5 through the cooling air outlet 14.

    摘要: The present invention provides a dynamoelectric machine that enables heat that is generated in a permanent magnet to be transmitted to a fan and be radiated from the fan effectively, that suppresses occurrences of damage to the fan that result from centrifugal forces that act on the permanent magnet, and that also enables the fan to be prepared easily and inexpensively.In a dynamoelectric machine according to the present invention, a magnet holder (30, 35) that is made of a magnetic material is disposed so as to span over a trough portion (26, 27), an interfitting groove (31, 36) that has a groove direction in an axial direction is formed on the magnet holder (30, 35) so as to open radially outward, and so as to lead inward from an axially outer side, and a permanent magnet (32, 37) is held by the magnet holder (30, 35) by being fitted into the interfitting groove (31, 36) and is disposed so as to face an inner circumferential surface near a tip end of claw-shaped magnetic pole portions (24, 20) and have a predetermined clearance.
