    摘要: The present invention relates to a toothpaste composition having tooth whitening effect, and more specifically, to a toothpaste composition which contains hydrogen peroxide, as peroxide releasing oxygen free radicals for the whitening effect, and silica with reduced contents of metal ions, to overcome the difficulty in long-term storage due to the release of oxygen free radicals resulting from degradation of peroxide by metal ions released from other components in the composition, and unsatisfactory tooth whitening effect. The toothpaste composition of the present invention does not release oxygen free radicals during storage, and so has excellent preservativeness and sustained tooth whitening effect.
