摘要: This invention provides a hollow fiber membrane module which can reduce pressure loss in discharging water within a module and can reduce operating power. A hollow fiber membrane bundle comprising a plurality of numbers of hollow fiber membranes are disposed within a cylindrical case having in its side face an opening part for the inflow/outflow of water, and the end of the hollow fiber membrane bundle is fixed by bonding at a position which is located in the axial direction of the cylindrical case at an outer position than the position of the opening part for the inflow/outflow of water on the side face of the cylindrical case. The hollow fiber membrane module is characterized in that a distribution cylinder provided with distribution holes is provided inward with respect to the opening part for the inflow/outflow of water on the side face of the cylindrical case and so as to surround the outer periphery of the hollow fiber membrane bundle, and grooves and/or corrugated protrusions are provided on the inner face of the distribution cylinder so as to be in communication with each other among the distribution holes.

摘要: The stent of the present invention is a tubular member comprising annular members 1 arranged in a longitudinal direction thereof for keeping a body lumen open, and one or more connecting elements 2 for connecting longitudinally adjoining two annular members 1, 1 with one another. Each annular member 1 comprises first annular member elements 11 and second annular member elements 12 which are alternately jointed together in the circumferential direction of the annular member 1. The annular members 1 are expandable in the radial direction thereof. The stent is flexible and excellent in trackability to lumens, thus making it possible to allow the stent to pass through the three-dimensionally meandering lumens. The stent is substantially free from shortening and makes it possible to provide the stent with a lateral hole.

摘要: With the object of providing an imaging method that eliminates the occurrence of transfer ghosts, saves space and lowers costs, and by which image density irregularities do not arise, an imaging method utilized in a reverse-transfer system is disclosed. The reverse-transfer system is provided with, in order going round a photosensitive conductor 1, at least a main-charging stage 2, an exposure stage 3, a reverse-developing stage 4, a transfer stage 5, a separation stage 6 and a charge-stripping stage 7. The separation stage 6 applies a separation shift-bias voltage to the photosensitive conductor 1 surface. The separation shift-bias voltage is 1 kV or more, and is of the same polarity as that of the main-charging voltage that the main-charging stage 2 applies to the photosensitive conductor 1 surface. Making the separation shift-bias voltage 1 kV or more prevents transfer ghosts, and obtains images with a satisfactory absence of image density irregularities.
