Flame retardant synthetic leather having high flame retardancy and excellent physical properties (light resistance, heat resistance and feeling).The flame retardant synthetic leather contains an organic phosphorus compound (component A) represented by the following formula (1). (In the formula, X1 and X2 are the same or different and each an aromatic substituted alkyl group represented by the following formula (2).) —(AL)—(Ar)n (2) (In the formula, AL is a branched or linear aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and Ar is a phenyl group, riaphthyl group or anthryl group, all of which may have a substituent. “n” is an integer of 1 to 3, and Ar may be bonded to any carbon atom contained in AL.)

The invention refers to a process for the preparation of a microfibrous non-woven fabric based on polyester or polyamide microfibres immersed in a polyurethane matrix, and having a thickness equal to or less than 0.65 mm, a flat or slightly mottled appearance and a nap length of less than 350 μm. The non-woven fabric is used for the preparation of coverings for consumer goods, particularly for the preparation of covers and cases for electronic products.

A method for manufacturing ecotypic artificial leather or leather-like includes the following steps: a first step of forming a surface layer; a second step of spray foaming which is to coat the partly cured surface layer with a reactive solvent-free multicomponent polymer using a multicomponent reaction injection molding device and a spray gun; a third step of once-molding roller pressing which is to press the substrate, foaming layer, surface layer and release paper together between the multicomponent polymer foaming stage and curing stage using a roller press device; and a fourth step of maturing and stripping, in which the substrate, foaming layer, surface layer and release paper are heated up, and then are cooled down while the release paper is removed. The production process utilizing the manufacturing method described in this invention is totally environmentally friendly. The physical and chemical properties of the product are excellent. The equipment utilized has high degree of automation and is easy to industrialize.

The present invention relates to an artificial leather and method for making the same. The artificial leather includes a polyester fiber substrate and a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) resin layer. The polyester fiber substrate has a plurality of polyester fibers. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) resin layer is disposed adjacent to the polyester fiber substrate, and the material thereof is thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE). Whereby, the material of the all layers of the artificial leather is polyester types, therefore, the whole artificial leather can be melted to recycle and reuse when disposing the artificial leather, so as to achieve the effect of environmental protection.

A method for forming a film, containing the following steps (1) to (4), and a film obtained by the method for forming a film: step (1): preparing an aqueous dispersion liquid containing (A) a hydrophilic functional group-containing resin, (B) an ammonium salt, and (C) a nonionic thickener, a mixed amount of the component (B) being from 0.25 to 10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of a solid content of the component (A); step (2): coating the aqueous dispersion liquid on at least one surface of a substrate to form a coated film; step (3): subjecting the coated film to a thermal gelation treatment to form a gelled film; and step (4): drying and solidifying the gelled film to form a film.

This Invention relates to a kind of microfiber artificial leather and its manufacturing methods, namely, adopting double-pile weaving process, taking highly-strengthened filament (or other filament) as ground warp and ground weft, using sea-island polyester microfiber or other microfiber as pile warp, adopting the V-shaped or W-shaped consolidation to weave into three-dimensional fabric, and then accepting padding of polyurethane resins, alkali treatment, sanding, dyeing and finishing. The artificial leather related in this Invention features delicate surface piles, high density, strong cortical feeling, good wear resistance, dimensional stability, good moisture permeability, good color fastness, and excellent mechanical properties, so it can be used as garment leather, shoe upper leather, car interior materials, furniture leather and so on.

A leather material suitable for being attached to a touch display panel such as a vehicle dashboard is provided. The leather material includes a foam layer and a fabric layer. The foam layer is foamed to provide a leather feel. The fabric layer is disposed on the foam layer, and the fabric layer is color-matched and embossed to present a leather pattern. Base materials of the foam layer and the fabric layer are both at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), and polyolefin (PO). The leather material in entirety has a visible light transmittance of between 40% and 70% and has a resistivity of not less than 1010 Ωcm. A vehicle dashboard composite structure is also provided.

This disclosure provides novel silk protein bonded layered or spun materials and processes that convert the waste leather materials into luxury fabrics exhibiting good dyeability, high brilliance, and excellent color fastness. Described herein is silk processed, coated, repaired, and/or infused faux or bonded leather, or faux or bonded leather articles, and methods of preparing the same.
