    摘要: A vibration isolator (10) includes a first attachment member (11), a second attachment member (12), an elastic body (13), and a partition member (16) configured to partition a liquid chamber in the first attachment member in which a liquid (L) is sealed into a first liquid chamber (14) and a second liquid chamber (15). A communicating passage (30) configured to communicate the first liquid chamber with the second liquid chamber is provided in the partition member. A flow changing protrusion (31) is provided at an inner circumferential surface (30a) of the communicating passage. A guide surface (32) opposite to the communicating passage and intersecting the axial direction (O) of the communicating passage is provided at the flow changing protrusion. A passing hole (34) which is open toward both sides in the axial direction is formed by a projecting end (31b) of the flow changing protrusion and another place on the inner circumferential surface (30b) of the communicating passage. The flow changing protrusion changes the flow of the liquid flowing in the communicating passage and reaching the guide surface toward the projecting end. The guide surface is formed in a concave curved surface shape which is recessed in the axial direction.

    摘要: Swirl chamber units (31) allowing a first liquid chamber (14) and a second liquid chamber (15) to communicate with each other are formed in a partitioning member of a vibration-damping device (10) of the present invention. Each swirl chamber unit (31) includes a first communication hole (32a) opening to the first liquid chamber (14), and a second communication hole (32b) opening to the second liquid chamber (15); a first swirl chamber (33a) communicating with the first liquid chamber (14) via the first communication hole (32a), and a second swirl chamber (33b) communicating with the second liquid chamber (15) via the second communication hole (32b); and a flow regulation passage (34) that allows the first swirl chamber (33a) and the second swirl chamber (33b) to communicate with each other and opens to the swirl chambers (33a, 33b) in circumferential directions of the respective swirl chambers (33a, 33b). The first and second swirl chambers (33a, 33b) are formed so that a liquid flowing into the interiors of the chambers from the flow regulation passage (34) is swirled according to the flow speed of the liquid. By including the configuration as described above, simplification of structure and facilitation of manufacture can be achieved, while guaranteeing the product characteristics of the vibration-damping device.

    摘要: A vibration damping device includes a first cylindrical attachment member (11) which is connected to one of a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion, a second attachment member (12) which is connected to the other thereof, an elastic body (13) which connects both attachment members (11 and 12), and a partition member (17) which divides a liquid chamber (14), in which a liquid (L) is sealed and which is positioned within the first attachment member (11), into a primary liquid chamber (15) having the elastic body (13) as a portion of a wall surface, and into a secondary liquid chamber (16). Limiting passages (21 and 22) which communicate with the primary liquid chamber (15) and the secondary liquid chamber (16) are formed in the partition member (17). The limiting passages (21 and 22) include the first limiting passage (21) which generates resonance with respect to input of idle vibration, and the second limiting passage (22) which generates resonance with respect to input of shake vibration. Flow regulation chambers (23 and 24) which communicate with the primary liquid chamber (15) or the secondary liquid chamber (16) and the first limiting passage (21) are provided in the partition member (17). The flow regulation chambers (23 and 24) convert the flow of the liquid (L), which flows into the flow regulation chambers (23 and 24) during the input of shake vibration, into a swirl flow.

    摘要: An engine mount is provided in which a nozzle plate is mounted between an insulator and a diaphragm to divide an inner space into an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber. A hydraulic liquid flows between the upper and lower liquid chambers through a first flow path formed on the nozzle plate based on a change in volume in the engine mount. The nozzle plate which includes a second flow path having an outlet disposed at an upper end of the second flow path and in communication with the upper liquid chamber. A diaphragm is coupled to a lower portion of the nozzle plate to form the lower liquid chamber, and divides the lower liquid chamber into a main liquid chamber and an auxiliary liquid chamber. Additionally, a valve plate is seated at an upper side of the upper end of the second flow path.

Blocking members (36a and 36b) extending in the direction of the center axis so as to surround the communication hole (32b) from an outside in the radial direction are provided within the vortex chambers (33a and 33b). The blocking members (36a and 36b) are provided with flow openings (37a and 37b) penetrating the blocking members (36a and 36b). The vortex chambers (33a and 33b) form circulating flows of a liquid according to a flow speed of the liquid flowing in from the laminar flow path (34) and allows the liquid to flow out from the communication hole (32b) through the flow openings (37a and 37b). The communicating passage (30) and the flow-changing protrusions (31 and 32) are formed symmetrically with respect to an axis (O) of the communicating passage (30) when viewed in a longitudinal cross section passing through the axis (O) and the flow-changing protrusions (31 and 32). Projecting ends of the flow-changing protrusions (31 and 32) form inner circumferential edges of passing holes (31c and 32c) which are open toward both sides in the axial direction. According to the vibration damping device (10), occurrence of abnormal noise is suppressed while product features are secured so that simplification of a structure and facilitation of manufacture can be achieved.

Meanwhile, the flexible film is separated from the openings of the second and third orifice passages when the output portion is separated from the partition member so that the two orifice passages are placed in communication.
