Abstract:
An adaptable retail merchandise product display system is particularly suited for display and storage of printed media in planar or roll form. The system includes display cassettes supported in tiers in a cabinet or rack; adjustable roll trays which accommodate rolled merchandise in various roll widths and also supported in tiers in a cabinet or rack; a fin to support merchandise displays and with integral storage compartments; and display spinners having a central vertical axis and radially extended attachment points between which display media extends in a concave form to maximize displayed surface area. The various aspects of the adaptable display can be combined in different arrangements according to the type of merchandise and the retail environment.
Abstract:
An apparatus for displaying merchandise is provided including a first U-shaped member comprised of an outer portion and an inner portion wherein the outer portion and the inner portion are substantially parallel to each other and the outer portion has a first slot. A second similar U-shaped member. A pegboard may be attached to the first U-shaped member and the second U-shaped member. The apparatus may include a top member and a bottom member having first ends connected to the first U-shaped member and second ends connected to the second U-shaped member. The top member may have an edge and there may be one or more slots located through the edge.

Abstract:
A tissue box holder includes a frame composed of a generally planar base and a normally upstanding sidewall attached to, and surrounding, the base within which a tissue box can be seated. A gripping device is provided for gripping the tissue box mounted on the sidewall. At least one portion of the sidewall is hingedly coupled to the planar base for movement between a open position, in which the at least one portion is pivoted away from adjacent portions of the sidewall of the frame, and a closed position, in which the at least one portion is pivoted to an upright position abutting the adjacent portions of the upstanding sidewall of the frame.
Abstract:
A mounting system for connecting a flat panel display to a fixed structure, such as a building wall or ceiling, or display structure, includes a plurality of fastening buttons and a corresponding display connecting portion having keyhole slots. Each keyhole slot has an access hole and a notch. The fastening buttons are seated in the keyhole slots to hold the flat panel display adjacent the display connecting portion of the mounting system. The button has a head portion, a base portion, and a throat portion, the base portion preferably having a beveled region so that the device is self-aligning or self-guiding. At least part of the display connecting member adjacent the access hole may be ramped.
Abstract:
A plank panel for covering fronts of electronic equipment racks consists of preferably three face plates separable via a break-off groove such that the plank panel may be easily reduced to a lesser height. The face plates provide slots for fasteners that slide in from the side and are adjustable to slight dimensional discrepancies and various configurations of the mounting holes of various rack systems.
Abstract:
A mounting system for a flat display screen, particularly a plasma display screen, suspends the screen separately in each of the x-,y-and z-directions. A series of frames located by linear bearings and isolated by springs and dampers allows separate controlled movement in each axis. The system enables the use of relatively larger display screens in vehicles in which plasma screens are subject to damage from vibration.
Abstract:
An easily transportable and installable shelving system suitable for display of books and other objects at trade fairs, retail stores, schools, libraries, offices, and/or residential environments comprised of two vertical side panels with slots, holes, or connectors for a series of pairs of horizontal poles offset from one another in both vertical and depth position such that a fabric panel suspended between the members of each pair of poles creates an angled easel against which the objects to be displayed can be positioned.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to methods and apparatus for anchoring a retractable netting system in a vertical orientation relative to a shelving assembly. A retractable netting system includes a frame assembly onto which a net is operatively connected. Cables attached to opposing ends of a draw bar member may be pulled and released to raise and lower the net.
