    摘要: A drip irrigation emitter may be provided with a coupler for bonding to an inner surface of a conduit. The emitter may include for example a button flow restrictor. The coupler may optionally provide an outlet zone on the conduit surface that is large enough for automated perforation. Bonding the emitter to the surface of the conduit may have a minimal effect on the dimensions and/or properties of the conduit. A button drip irrigation emitter may optionally include a two part labyrinth. The labyrinth may for example be confined between a cylindrical surface and a cover and/or wind between intermeshing baffles on the cover and/or the surface.

    摘要: An unclogging filter apparatus has an irrigation outlet and a flushing outlet. A filtering element moves between at least an operational position and a flushing position. When the filtering element is in the operational position substantially all of the fluid flowing into the apparatus is directed out the irrigation outlet, while the filtering element is disposed for removing a particle from the fluid flowing into the apparatus. When the filtering element is in the flushing position, the filtering element is disposed for flushing the particle out the flushing outlet.

    摘要: An apparatus is supplied for a self adjusting regulator suited for an irrigation emitter. A curved flow channel is integrated into a concave dome shaped surface. A deformable member deforms to approach the surface to adjust the resistance to flow. The concave dome shaped surface may match a deformed shape of the membrane. Irregularities in the interface between the surface and the deformable member are configured to achieve a desired discharge under varying flow conditions. The deformable member may activate an inlet filter cleaner by pushing a ram and thereby unclogging the filter.

    摘要: An agricultural drip emitter optionally includes an elastomeric having a flow restriction. Flow through the emitter, when deployed inside an irrigation hose, is optionally regulated by pressure-responsive deformation of the elastomer. The flow restriction optionally includes under-tooth bypass spaces located between a base and a sequence of baffles. Some implementations also include a rigid polymer component. Optionally, a thermoset elastomer component is mechanically interlocked with the rigid component. The elastomer component and the rigid component are optionally molded as a unitary part by two component injection molding. Optionally, in the molding process, a divider initially divides the mold into two cavities. After forming the first component, the divider is optionally repositioned for forming the second component with an interface to the first component. The sequence of baffles is optionally formed by elastic stripping from an undercut mold.

For example the cover may close over a pressure reducing labyrinth formed in the outer cylindrical sides of the core. Optionally, the arched profile fits an inner wall of an irrigation tube. For example, an axis of the arched profile may be parallel to the long axis of the elliptical cross section of the core and/or the arched profile may be parallel to the axis of the cover.

    摘要: There is provided a cleaning apparatus for unclogging an irrigation emitter inlet filter by dislodging or crushing or breaking a trapped solids. In some embodiments, a ram pushes the trapped solids out of a fluid inlet of the emitter. In other embodiment, a constriction provided for retaining a particle has a changeable interior cross section. By changing the cross section of the constriction, the constriction is unclogged. In alternative embodiments the filtration member may include two rigid members moving in relation one to the other or the filtration member may be elastic. In further alternate embodiments the cleaning may be activated automatically or manually.
