摘要: A method, computer system and computer program product are provided to associate a record of a person and pre-existing records utilizing multiple matching strategies. The implementation of a plurality of matching strategies includes identifying link(s) between the record of the person and pre-existing records based upon an analysis pursuant to the respective matching strategy of demographic attributes of the person and respective individuals associated with the pre-existing records. The implementation of the plurality of matching strategies also includes associating the record of the person and a set of pre-existing records based upon the respective matching strategy. A relationship is then defined between the person and respective individuals associated with one or more sets of pre-existing records as defined by at least one of the plurality of matching strategies.

摘要: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided in order to provide a framework for selective enablement of application features. An example of the method includes receiving, via an electronic communications interface, client credential information indicating at least one user or client facility, executing a first instance of an application by a processor, the first instance of the application comprising at least one feature selectively enabled or disabled by the framework, determining, during execution of the first instance of the application, a feature identifier associated with the at least one feature, retrieving feature information from a client feature table using at least the client credential information, determining whether the at least one feature is enabled for the at least one user or client facility, and, in response to determining that the at least one feature is enabled for the at least one user or client facility, executing the at least one feature.

摘要: An apparatus, method and computer-readable storage medium are provided for processing images, such as medical images, in accordance with an imaging calibration function during execution of an image viewing application, and also for processing other types of images with a different calibration function during execution of a different application. In regards to an apparatus, the apparatus is caused to identify, in conjunction with an image viewing application, an imaging calibration function. The apparatus is also caused to transform a digital image during execution of the image viewing application in accordance with the imaging calibration function and to output the digital image, following transformation, in accordance with the image viewing application. In conjunction with a different application, the apparatus is caused to identify a second calibration function, different than the imaging calibration function, and to cause output of a digital image following transformation in accordance with the second calibration function.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are described herein that are configured to provide remote access to a workstation operating in a medical domain via a zero configuration protocol. In some example embodiments, a method is provided that comprises activating a viewing application that is configured to connect to a remote workstation, via a zero configuration protocol, and enable a view of medical application data. The method of this embodiment may also include receiving an indication of a current patient context. In some example embodiments, the current patient context identifies the medical application data that is currently being viewed at the remote workstation relating a particular patient that is available for viewing in the viewing application. The method of this embodiment may also include accessing the medical application data in the viewing application based on the current patient context.

摘要: A fault-tolerant retry subsystem, method and computer program product are provided in order to automatically retry to deliver a message. In the context of a fault-tolerant retry subsystem, processing circuitry is provided to receive notification that delivery of a message to a subscriber has failed. The processing circuitry also defines a time interval at which delivery of the message is to be retried. The message is to be subjected to a plurality of retry attempts in an instance in which the delivery of the message to the subscriber continues to fail. The time interval is defined in a manner that depends upon which of the plurality of retry attempts is to be performed. As such, the time interval varies between at least some of the retry attempts. The processing circuitry causes the delivery of the message to be retried following expiration the time interval.
