摘要： An optical fiber connector comprises: a positioning housing that has a recessed open end; a positioning cover that is formed with at least two first grooves and at least two second grooves; and at least two terminal plugs, each of which has a plug housing and an end sleeve. The positioning cover is detachably mountable on the positioning housing between first and second positions relative to the positioning housing to cover the recessed open end. The end sleeves are respectively fitted into the first grooves when the positioning cover is disposed at the first position, and are respectively fitted into the second grooves when the positioning cover is disposed at the second position.

摘要： A fiber optic connector includes a positioning member formed with two installation holes and two guiding grooves, two central rods and a locking member. The locking member has two guiding portions and is operable to move relative to the positioning member between a locking position, where each of the guiding portions extends into an intersection of the corresponding guiding groove and the corresponding installation hole to engage an annular groove of the corresponding central rod for restricting movement of the central rods along the installation holes, and an open position, where the guiding portions are disengaged from the annular grooves, thereby allowing the central rods to move along the installation holes.

摘要： A first coupler part (12) is fastened to a wall (W) by a first pair of screw fasteners (32, 34). The screw fasteners (32, 34) have heads that bear against surface portions of the first coupler part (12) that immediately surround openings (28, 30) that receive the screw fasteners (32, 34). A second coupler part (14) is connectable to the surface (20) of first coupler part (20) that is directed away from the wall (W). When the second coupler part (14) is moved against the first coupler part (12), the heads of the screw fasteners (32, 34) enter into enlarged openings (68, 70) in the second coupler part (14). This allows the surface (48) of the second coupler part (14) to be moved against the surface (20) of the first coupler part (12). The second pair of fasteners (40, 42) are used to connect the second coupler part (14) to the first coupler part (12). Or, the second screw fasteners (40, 42) may extend through openings in the first coupler part and screw into openings in the wall (W). Either way, the second coupler part (14) can be quickly and easily detached from the first coupler part (12) by simply removing the two screws (40, 42). The second coupler part (14) can be thus removed for purpose of the pair or placement without disturbing the connection between an optical fiber cable (82) and the first coupler part (12).
