摘要： The main body frame includes a first frame including a flexible protruding plate portion, a second frame facing the first frame in a first direction to form the housing section, and a snap-fit mechanism connecting the first frame to the second frame. The snap-fit mechanism includes a fitted portion provided on the flexible protruding plate portion and a fitting projection portion provided on a side wall of the second frame and fitting with the fitted portion. The fitting projection portion and the fitted portion are fitted by bringing the first and second frames into relative proximity in the first direction, and the fitting is released by relatively displacing the first and second frames in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.

摘要： Operation coil drive device of electromagnetic contactor includes current detector and drive controller. The detector, when switching control is performed on operation coils of the contactor, detects coil current flowing through the coils. The controller controls an on/off time ratio of a semiconductor switching element wherein the on/off time ratio during close circuit control becomes larger than the on/off time ratio during holding control. Power supply voltage is switchingly applied to the coils at the on/off time ratio. The controller includes a determination locus setter and a close circuit state determiner. The setter sets a determination locus that continuously increases along a change locus of detected coil current during close circuit control. The determiner determines a contact point close circuit state by contact of a movable contact to a fixed contact based on deviation between the determination locus by the setter and the detected coil current detected.

The switching contact mechanism includes a printed circuit board, a plurality of fixed contact electrodes disposed on the printed circuit board and spaced a predetermined distance away from each other, and a movable contact having a disc spring shape and disposed bridging between the plurality of fixed contact electrodes. The movable contact deforms to contact and separate from the fixed contact electrodes and switches an electrical connection between the fixed contact electrodes.

摘要： The electromagnetic contactor includes a contact mechanism including a pair of fixed contacts disposed to maintain a predetermined interval and a movable contact disposed so as to connect to and separate from the pair of fixed contacts, and an electromagnet unit that drives the movable contact. The electromagnet unit includes a magnetic yoke enclosing a plunger drive portion, a movable plunger, a leading end thereof protruding through an aperture formed in the magnetic yoke and a peripheral flange portion being formed on a protruding end side, movement regulating portions that regulate movement of the peripheral flange portion of the movable plunger in an engaged position and released position of the contact mechanism, and a contact noise suppression member that suppresses contact noise when the peripheral flange portion of the movable plunger contacts the movement regulating portions.
